1. New Region ‘Solene’ - Second New Dungeon ‘Hall of Harmony’ (January 14th Maintenance (UTC+0) ~ Permanent)

A new adventure will begin in Solene region's 2nd dungeon, 'Hall of Harmony'.
Within the walls of Hall of Harmony, a mystical relic of Solene 'Adrite' is stored.
GrandChase will come face to face with Ereb here.
Defeat the monsters that stand in the way
and uncover all the stories!


1) Entry Requirement

- Upon clearing [Chapel of Eternity] dungeon, players will be able to enter Hall of Harmony.
- There are no daily or weekly play count limit.
- The dungeon is recommended for players who are at or above 300,000 Battle Power.

2) Reward
(1) New Anklet Equipment Added

- Players can craft [Spike Anklet of Darkness (Harmony)] after the maintenance on January 14, 2026 (Wed) (UTC+0).
- [Spike Anklet of Darkness (Harmony)] is a higher level craft item compared to [Spike Anklet of Darkness (Eternity)].

① How to Acquire Anklet
- Players can craft [Spike Anklet of Darkness (Harmony)] by combining [Spike Anklet of Darkness (Eternity)] with items gathered from Chapel of Eternity and Hall of Harmony.
- Players can craft in Hero's Bullion Shop ▶ Upgrade Tab.
- Spike Anklet of Darkness (Harmony) Crafting Information


② Anklet Property
- 2 Fixed Properties will be applied. These cannot be changed.
- Cannot be enhanced
- Upon equip, a special attack will be done on a set chance.
* [Spike Anklet of Darkness (Harmony)] will deal higher fixed damage than the special attack from [Spike Anklet of Darkness (Eternity)].


(2) 10 New Monster Cards

- Upon defeating monsters, players will be able to acquire new monster cards on set chances.
- New Monster Cards can also be acquired through fusion.

(3) 1 New Title

- Upon clearing the dungeon, players can acquire new title on a set chance.
- New Title can also be acquired through the Clear Dungeon 200 Times mission.


3) Skill Rune
- Upon defeating a boss monster, players can acquire Intensity or Insight Skill Rune on set chances.

2. New Chaser Pass (January 14, 2026 (Wed) After Maintenance - March 18, 2026 (Wed) Before Maintenance (UTC+0))


(1) Chaser Pass Entry

- Players can enter Chaser Pass by pressing Chaser Pass found in the right-hand bottom corner of the Main Lobby.
- Chaser Pass Mission will be added to the Repeat Mission and will be marked with [Chaser Pass].
- There will be Free Chaser Pass and Premium Chaser Pass.

(2) Free Chaser Pass
- Players can clear Daily and Weekly Missions to receive Pass EXP to raise Pass Level.
- Players can acquire Pass Levels to open rewards. Players can press the Receive button to claim the rewards.

- Players can purchase [Pass Level 1 Increase Ticket] to acquire additional Pass EXP equivalent to 1 Level. (Pass Level 1 Increase Ticket Price: 2,000 VP)

(3) Free Chaser Pass Reward
- Exclusive Reward: Players can receive [Voidal Chaser] Monster Card. [Voidal Chaser] Monster Card: 772 Special Attack / 0.87% Taint Resistance
- Exclusive Reward and Chaser Pass Card Select Box, Special Reinforcement Release Scroll, Reinforcement Protection Scroll (+16), and other various rewards.
- Players can select 1 of Solar Chaser, Luna Chaser, and Star Chaser Monster Card from the [Chaser Pass Card Select Box].
- [Solar Chaser] Monster Card: 760 Special Attack / 0.40% Taint Resistance
- [Lunar Chaser] Monster Card: 475 Attack / 0.40% Taint Resistance

(4) Premium Pass

- Players who purchase [Premium Pass] will receive additional rewards on top of the Free Rewards from the Free Chaser Pass. (Premium Pass Price: 20,000 VP)
- Players can clear Daily, Weekly, and Seasonal Mission to receive Pass EXP to raise Pass Level.
- [Chaser Pass - Seasonal Mission] can only be cleared 1 time during the Pass Period after purchasing [Premium Pass].
- [Premium Pass] will be applied upon purchase and will allow players to receive all rewards up to the Pass Level that the player has reached.
- Players can purchase [Pass Level 1 Increase Ticket] to acquire additional Pass EXP equivalent to 1 Level. (Pass Level 1 Increase Ticket Price: 2,000 VP)

(5) Pass Shop

- [Pass Shop] will be newly added.
- Players an enter this through the [Pass Shop] button found in the right-hand upper corner of Chaser Pass Pop-up window.

- In the [Pass Shop], Premium Pass Exclusive Coordi and Motion Items can be purchased using 'Premium Pass Token'.
- In the [Current Pass] Tab, New Premium Pass Exclusive Coordi, Motion Item, Another TYPE Coordi items can be purchased.
- New Premium Pass Exclusive Coordi and Motion Items can be purchased at 50% discounted price.
- In the [Previous Pass] Tab, Premium Pass Exclusive Coordi and Motion Item from previous Passes can be purchased.

(6) Premium Pass Reward

- [Premium Pass Token] will be newly added to Premium Pass Exclusive Rewards.
- Players can purchase Premium Pass Exclusive Rewards using the [Premium Pass Token],

- For 15 days, players can log in to the game for 30 minutes to receive a daily Login Reward.

- A Spot the Difference Event will take place for 6 weeks where a new chapter would open every week.
- There are no time limit or failures. Players can play freely to acquire rewards.


(1) Weekly Chapter Open
- A chapter will be opened each week to a total of 6 Chapters.
- Even if previous chapters have not been opened, players can freely play new chapters.

(2) Stage Unlock through Chapter Missions
- Each Chapter consists of 5 Spot the Difference Stages.
- Upon completing Chapter Missions, stages will be unlocked in order based on Mission Progress.

- The stage will be cleared if you spot 3 differences for each stage.

1. Single Stat Change Scroll Improvement
(1) Stat Drop Removal
Stats can be changed without the concern of stat drop.
- Upon using 'Single Stat Change Scroll, the stat will not drop if the player pulls out a stat lower than that of the current.
- 'Single Stat Drop Protection Scroll' can no longer be acquired.
- 'Single Stat Drop Protection Scroll' in possession can be exchanged for 'Single Stat Change Exchange Box' where players can acquire 'Single Stat Change Scroll'.

(2) Adjusted Chances for Stats, Minimum Value, and Maximum Value.
- All stats now appear at equal rates, and will have minimum value and maximum value adjusted.


(3) Other Changes

- Stat value will be displayed as item grade color based on the stat values.

- When max value is reached with Stat Change on equipment, a ★ icon will be added.
- Imiproved so that only the property in possession will be on display for Single Stat Change Tab for Item Property UI.

(4) Shop
- Single Stat Drop Scroll will come to a Sale End in the Shop.

2. Awakening Core Improvement
- Improved so that the same value had 2 different grades.
- Adjusted the minimum value to fix this issue.


3. Improved Sales of Certain Shop Items
1) Epic Reinforcement Stone
- Changed so that Epic Reinforcement Stones will now be sold in boxes.
- In two Enhancement Stone Packages, the Epic Reinforcement Stone included in the package will now be sold as a box item.

2) Single Stat Change Scroll
- Single Stat Drop Protection Scroll will no longer be sold in the Shop.

1) Snappy
- Reduced the delay between pet skill use and attack hit by about 0.09 seconds.

2) Maidy
- Increased the attack range by about 26.5%.

3) Batus
- Fixed an issue where the attack hit timing was applied differently depending on left or right direction.

5. Other Fixes
- Improved so that properties that are not selected are displayed in gray in Item Property Window.
- Improved so that color value is in display based on stat value for Ancient Grade Equipment
- Improved so that Reinforcement Stone Property is displayed separately in Item Tooltip.
- Removed the feature where story cutscenes would fast-forward if the dungeon host did not provide input.
- Removed the maximum damage display cap in dungeons (Actual damage is not affected. Only the displayed value was previously capped at 999,999)
- Standardized the placement of the chance information button in the Rune and Awakening Stone tabs of the Special Shop
- Removed continent names from the lobby list of Event and Special Dungeons.
- Fixed an issue where characters would not move as intended when playing in Berkas’ Lair and Void Nightmare dungeons under certain circumstances.
- Improved the appearance of Gatsby Sunglasses and Carrot.
- Fixed an issue where the recommended Taint Resistance indicator color would not display as intended under certain circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where the 'Harrier Elite Elf Mage' monster card was missing from the 'Harrier Monster Card Box.'

[p] Tomo's Teatime - Shall We Talk?
Hello, Heroes of Bermesiah! This is Director Tomo.
This is the first teatime of 2026. It’s been a while.
This year, I hope to communicate more often with everyone.
Today, we’ll be talking about the recent updates.


Chapel of Eternity Dungeon Development
As we developed the Chapel of Eternity,
our vision of dungeons and content has also changed a little.
I’d like to discuss these changes first.


The Combat Experience
As you learn the mechanics through gameplay
we wanted to give a feeling of
“Oh, if I push a little, it’s pretty doable.”

In Chapel of Eternity,
we had certain mechanics that we set for players to overcome for each dungeon,
and made a step-by-step system that players could learn up to the boss.

We have made it so that the closer you get to the end, the more variations the mech has,
so that for certain patterns, players had to look at the motion to react and dodge in time.
And we have attempted to finesse this system to raise the difficulty.

We hoped that this structure would provide players with a new combat experience set apart from previous dungeons.

After the update, we checked different streams to see how players would react and perceive our work.
Many players who had high battle power said
“This is too easy” as they downed multiple monsters at once.

Our aim was to make the game enjoyable for many players,
which resulted in some players not satisfied with the difficulty.

Then a thought came to mind.
“Why not make a separate difficulty for those at higher battle power?”

Yes.
That was the start of Master Mode. XD


Dungeon Master Difficulty
The name Master Difficulty
came from the concept that if you clear this difficulty, you have mastered all the patterns and strategies of the dungeon.

As we developed this dungeon,
we believed that the process to learn the mechanics of the dungeon was well planned,
and wondered how the endgame players would perceive of this new system.

However, we didn’t think every player
enjoyed the challenging aspect where you have to go through repeated failures to learn the mechanics.
Only 15% of the players said they would like to see challenging contents in the last survey.

The dungeons of GrandChase
are structured around ‘The Experience of Growth through Success’.
We believed that Master Mode would be well received by some, but rejected by others.

Therefore, we had a different approach for the rewards of the content.
We didn’t provide better rewards even though the difficulty was higher.
If the reward gets better, those who do not want challenging content
will feel that the gameplay is forced upon them.

Therefore, we have set Master Mode to be 1 time clear reward.
And allowed party play so that players could play with other players of higher strata and receive help.

We plan to keep Master Mode and other related contents
to be an optional form of content.
We are also preparing Master mode for 「Hall of Harmony」 dungeon, a dungeon that will be released on January 14th.


Changes to Reward Experience
I believe some players may have felt that “Chapel of Eternity drops more cards and rewards”. Yes. We have purposely adjusted the acquisition rate of farmable items so that more items will drop compared to previous dungeons.

For dungeons in the past,
we had rewards set to lower drop rates
so that the gameplay is extended until the next content was ready to be released.

This caused 2 problems. One is that gameplay did not always lead to rewards, causing players to feel that their effort did not paid off. And the second is that players feel that the game feels like a chore rather than fun.

Therefore, we have decided to switch things around.
We have increased the acquisition rate of Card, Anklet, and Rune
so that players are not stressed in their journey to the final reward.

Players could now fill collection with low grade cards,
enhance skill runes to be on the path to grow stronger.
Also, we have added Shining Solene Box and Radiant Solene Box
to add new experience of joy at seeing item drops.
This direction will be applied to not just the new dungeons,
but also the existing dungeons over time.


Single Stat Change Scroll Improvement
Through the January 14th Update,
we will be improving the ‘Single Stat Change Scroll’.

The original intent of this system
was to allow players to change their stats
and have ways for players to improve their stats over time and reach the final stage over time.

However,
the RNG aspect of the system
has discouraged many players to reroll their stats again,
causing the system to fall off in terms of player expectations.

Therefore, we will improve these as follows.
We will integrate Single Stat Change Scroll with Single Stat Drop Protection Scroll
so that stats will no longer drop when they are rerolled.
Also, we will adjust the rates so that all stat values have an equal chance of appearing.
This will allow players to reach the end stat value with much more ease.

In terms of scroll acquisition,
we plan to adjust them after seeing the player reception of the changes.


Max Damage Display Limit Removed
We will also improve the max damage display of 999,999
when the damage exceeds a set amount.
*The damage is applied as intended beyond 999,999. Just that the display was set to 999,999 at max.

We believe that this limit
restricts the change in damage that the player feels as they grow stronger
and have removed the max damage display limit.


Shared Inventory Preparations
Last I’d like to bring up, Shared Inventory.
We are preparing a new feature so that players could
use items often used in growth without storing them in the warehouse.

We plan on applying these carefully to
card and major crafting materials.

I really personally am looking forward to not moving cards to the Warehouse every time...

However, since this could lead to all sorts of bugs from
dealing with existing items, items being duplicated, overload on system, and many others,
we believe that we need more testing and stabilization.
We will do our best to deliver this feature as soon as possible.
