[p]Hello, Heroes of Bermesiah![/p][p]We are excited to announce some adjustments coming to our livestreams and Twitch Drops rewards.[/p][p][/p][p]Originally, we stopped all YouTube livestreams to bring the audience to Twitch so that the viewers could earn various rewards through the Twitch Drops system. However, we do recognize that some players prefer to view the livestreams through YouTube, so we have decided to stream simultaneously to Twitch and YouTube once again. Please note that Twitch Drops are available solely on Twitch. Players must be viewing on Twitch to earn Twitch Drops rewards.[/p][p] [/p][p]Additionally, we have heard feedback that the timing for livestreams is not suitable for everyone, causing many players to miss out on earning rewards. So, we have decided to allow players to earn Twitch Drops by watching any livestream on Twitch throughout the entire weekend for future livestreams.

Please note that the rewards available through Twitch Drops can only be claimed once.[/p][p][/p][p]What does this mean?[/p][p]Immediately following the official livestream, you can go to other livestreams that are streaming under the ‘Grand Chase Classic’ category to earn Twitch Drops. We will share the dates and times in advance for future drops to ensure players know beforehand.[/p][p]

Below is the issue that has been identified.



We have identified that there is a bug where upon entering a dungeon, all of the character’s equipment would be unequipped and could not be re-equipped.[/p][p]When this issue occurs, ErrorCode: 57-466 is displayed.
 [/p][p]This issue has been confirmed to occur when items assigned to the quick slot are automatically deleted.[/p][p]If you encounter this problem, you can resolve it by moving to another server.
 [/p][p]An internal fix has already been completed; however, for stability reasons, additional internal testing will be conducted, and the fix is scheduled to be applied in a patch tomorrow.
[/p][p]We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and will do our best to restore normal service as quickly as possible.
