[MA] Emergency Game Server Maintenance
Hello, Heroes of Bermesiah!
We will be having an emergency maintenance for gamer server stability.
November 1, 08:00 - 08:30 (UTC+0)
Fixed the problem that zombies did not appear in the dungeon
- Users who played during the problem period will be rewarded by mail (November 2)
Among the users who were sanctioned for abnormal play in Berkas' Lair, a number of incorrectly sanctioned users were included.
Incorrectly sanctioned users will be removed from the sanction upon inspection, and compensation will be sent by mail. (November 2)
*Attendance points and guild points are rewarded at the next inspection.
We will keep trying our best for GrandChase Classic.

Number of players banned for using and/or promoting hack tools: 40 (Permanent Bans)
Number of players banned for abnormal acquisition of in-game items: 125 (2 years Bans)
*We plan to impose sanctions on users who have been confirmed to use macros, such as account suspension.
Please report to us with video evidence if you see abnormal play anytime.

Bug Fix/Banned User Notice
Fixed an issue where damage would not be applied when Jin's End of Days mode is canceled under certain circumstances
Penalties for abnormal players: 282 (30 days banned, item recall)
True Iron Dragon, Iron Dragon Series, and Iron Dragon scales will all be recovered.
Please report to us with video evidence if you see abnormal play anytime.
