Today, we’re excited to reveal that dozen pixel art playable fighters and classic soundtracks as a tribute to original trilogy are joining Streets of Rage 4.

The brand-new trailer showcases some of Streets of Rage 4’s tributes to the original trilogy with unlockable pixel art characters coming from the whole series with abilities unique to their respective games like calling the police or sprint and roll through environments just like Streets of Rage 3.

Retro characters joining the main roster bring the total playable characters to count to 17. Furthermore, you can also switch the series iconic original soundtrack from Streets of Rage and Streets of Rage 2.

Today we are glad to reveal the official all-star lineup working on Streets of Rage 4 Original Soundtrack with the Lead Composer, Olivier Deriviere, the talent behind A Plague Tale: Innocence, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag and Dying Light 2.

Derieviere’s musical vision echoes the philosophy at the heart of Streets of Rage 4, mixing timeless classic elements of the original Streets of Rage games with a modern approach.

However, we're deeply sorry to announce that Hideki Naganuma is regrettably no longer contributing to Streets of Rage 4 soundtrack due to schedule complications.

Nevertheless, we're more than honored to welcome Harumi Fujita, an iconic veteran of classics like Final Fight or Mega Man 3, among us.
