v0.378 Fixed achievements and skinwalker AI bug fixes

Version 0.378 is now live.

Fixed bug that caused most achievements to not work.
Fixed some bugs in skinwalker AI related to changes introduced in previous patch.
Fixed issue that caused totem to sometimes spawn inside geometry, below player.
Players can now rebind pause menu key.
Other small changes and improvements.
