English localization beta update

• Fixed various typos and added the missing text for certain side quests.

• Fixed the pop-up UI when skills are triggered to adapt English skill names.

• Fixed the Rank UP, mission notification and Player/Enemy Phase UI for English display.

You can now scroll up and down the mission introduction text in the Mission Selection panel with the mouse-wheel and right-joystick.

BTW, the beta test for the English localization is still ongoing (although the Steam notification may tell you it's already over). If you find anything wrong regarding localization that you wish to send feedback to us, feel free to do so!
