Fellow Officers,
we just released Patch 15.1 across all platforms – introducing a lovely gift for all of you and a bunch of fixes!

With this update, we're introducing the State Skin Pack, containing two new uniform skins and one new vehicle skin – now available to all players completely for free! This skin is a reference to the original liveries found in the State of Massachusetts on which our fictitious State of Franklin is based on. Enjoy it! 💙



In addition, we have released a bunch of fixes across multiple areas of the game – including the Fast Pursuit Vehicle (FPV) that is currently accessible as a beta.

And as we're already talking about the FPV: This patrol car will finally release as a paid DLC on October 9! BTW: If you own either the Ultimate, Special or Unmarked Pack, you will release this lightning-fast patrol car completely for free! :)

we just released Patch 15.0 across all platforms – including new features, a special beta, and many bug fixes.

You've accumulated 1000 hours in Police Simulator and want to finally switch your character? Tired of Frank and now in the mood to roleplay as Emma? Then head to the lockers and discover the new character changer!

We're also starting an exclusive beta for the Fast Pursuit Vehicle (FPV) for owners of the Special & Unmarked Packs. If you own at least one of these DLC, you are automatically eligible to try out the new patrol car and provide early feedback to the team! The FPV is the ideal police vehicle for high-speed pursuits. Thanks to its Launch Control and great handling, this vehicle accelerates from standstill faster than any other vehicle. The full release for the FPV is planned for a later date.

In addition, we have fixed several issues reported by all of you – including a problem with patrol car acceleration, ELS reflections for unmarked vehicles, and more.

New Feature

• Added Character Preset Changer: You can now go to the locker to switch your character instead of having to create a new save game. Wanna play as Noah instead of Frank? Now's your chance!
  

Fast Pursuit Vehicle (FPV)

• Owners of the Special & Unmarked Vehicle Packs now have access to the Fast Pursuit Vehicle (FPV) as part of an exclusive beta. The full release is planned for a later date.
  

Unmarked & Special Skins

• Fixed additional issues with ELS from Unmarked Vehicles not reflecting correctly on objects
  

Gameplay

• Fixed items that are seemingly not illegal may be classified as stolen goods at weigh stations
  
• Fixed spawned accidents leading to wrong GPS directions at certain highway crossings
  
• Fixed DUI alcohol felony occurring too often during a weigh station callout
  

Multiplayer

• Fixed incorrectly giving directions to an NPC granting full SP if you're the client
  
• Fixed jittering of client character
  
• Fixed interaction with the counter officer is being played twice when starting it in multiplayer
  
• Fixed EPV Tool not being visible for the client

• Fixed driving vehicles load in with an open door
  
• Fixed an issue with the NPC pathfinding being broken at weigh stations

• Fixed an issue with the acceleration of Patrol Cars after tapping break twice (thanks dvs2305 and pepper!)

• Fixed trucks having a way too loud engine
  
• Fixed sound effects from the fire extinguisher being hearable from far away
  
• Fixed felony stop dialogue replaying every time you point your gun at the car
  

UI

• Fixed inventory pop-up not appearing when searching a vehicle and then having a suspect flee the scene
  
• Fixed cargo information for fake ID remaining from the last checked driver
  

Crashes

• Fixed a crash that occurred after a parked vehicle has spawned in the world
  
• Fixed a crash after setting up a roadblock manually

We had an amazing time today at our gamescom booth, where we shared awesome news and insights in the Police Simulator Showcase about recent releases, announced products and current work in progress elements for this game!

Let's start with a very exciting piece:

Crossplay is finally coming to Police Simulator: Patrol Officers! This long-awaited feature is currently in development and will be available for PC & Xbox! There is no release date yet, but don't worry! You will get more info about this veeery soon!🔥

Additionally, a Character Changer will be added to the game, so you can easily switch between all characters, without having to create a new save game!

[h3]A special vehicle with lightning-fast acceleration![/h3]


We will also launch another next-level patrol vehicle at the end of this year! The special 𝐅𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐕𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐋𝐂 specializes in acceleration, going from 0 to 60mph at the speed of light (well, almost😉) and is currently speeding its way through development!
