Bug Fix:
Fix issues (hopefully all of them ) with disappearing parts and parts amount below zero
Fixed bug with bad cone position in building mode
Fixed bug allowing to see clan machines in player own hangar
Fixed Bug that was not allowing to get to Guide From Combat Hangar

Shields Balance Update:
Shields energy consumption + 27%
Shields collapses only after energy gets to 0 (instead of 90)
Shields can get back up only after 4 second cooldown
Damage indicator shows if you are hitting shields or hull
Firebooster gets 35% bonus damage against shields (200% * 135% = 270% damage bonus)

Bug Fix:
- Fixed bug causing that sometimes disconnected parts were not red in "show defects" mode

New Test Drive Map
- Map is smaller and loads faster
- Original machine and the duplicate starts close to each other

Bug Fix
- Lots of fixes aimed at improving match stability
- Fixed description error in hangar key bind list

Gameplay
- Machine cap changed from 10 to 15
