Quick fix for a broken build.

Version 0.5.5 was a bit broken - sorry! The breaking issues should be fixed with this patch.

Fix initial recruit screen
Light element lighting adjusted
Light avatar look minor adjustment
Heroes recovered from dungeons now go to nearest town
