Update v2.1.2 release notes

Update v2.1.2 has been released on all platforms, fixing a few bugs in the 4th Anniversary update:

• Fix error displaying cards when drafting a deck in Events and Campaigns
  
• Fix game incorrectly showing premium warlords and pilots converted into gems, when they were not in fact duplicates
  
• Creating a new deck will now correctly show Premium Warlords as options, when these are owned
  
• Fix visual glitch in Agents of the Sigillite's premium cards
  
• Fix Foiled Plans, so that it now jams the target before dealing damage to it
  
• Fix visual effect for Ward trait
  
• Fix 'New' sign in Collection so that it only appears the first time a card is obtained, regardless of whether it's normal or premium
  
• Several fixes when particle effects are disabled
  
• Fix using cosmetic voice lines for Knight Pilots
  

An additional note that wasn't mentioned in the previous update is that enemy player names will now always show up in ranked mode, regardless of rating.
