New event: Forlorn Resistance

Turning the skies red with fire and blood, the World Eaters rampaged through Isstvan V, scouring the land of retreating loyalist forces. It was up to a small group of valiant soldiers to provide enough suppressive fire to cover the loyalist retreat.
