In this minor update (v0.6.10.0004), we have made the following optimizations and bug fixes to the game:

• When creating a new game, if the animation video at the beginning fails to play, skip the animation and start the game directly.
  
• Fixed the problem that after getting Ember Crystals in the scene, it doesn't save automatically.
  
• Fixed the issue that flying monsters may fly too high or get stuck in certain invisible locations in the challenge level in the Dark Remains, causing the challenge can not be completed.
  
• When using the keyboard to play, you can now go down through the jumping platform even if you hold the left and right keys.
  
• Fix the issue where Leo should talk but don't
  
• Fix the issue that when the player leaves and comes back to the map where Shiro first meets Leo, an extra Leo will appear on the ground.
  
• Some other performance optimizations to reduce game lag.
  

Glimmer in Mirror is now officially available!

Q: When I start new game, I got a black screen. What can I do?
A: In the beginning of a new game, A story video will be played. Maybe the video is loaded slowly, please wait patiently for the video to finish loading, then you can start the game!

Q：My controller is not working correctly. Some of the buttons are working but some are not.
A：Check if you enabled Steam controller settings. Click the top-left Steam button - Settings - Controller - GENERAL CONTROLLER SETTINGS, and try to disable everything. Then check if your controller is working now.

Q：I encountered an error in the game that caused serious problems with the save data, how do I fix it?
A：The game backup the save data each time you save. You can find 3 old version of your save data in: C:\Users\\AppData\LocalLow\MapleDorm\GlimmerInMirror. Rename the file name from XXX.save.bak to XXX.save. Then you can use the old save data. It is important to note that the save data name start from index zero. The first save slot data is named Save_V2_0.save, and the second slot data is named Save_V2_1.save.

Q: I tried to custom Keys for controllers in the game settings, but couldn't do it?
A: The keys customization function only works for keyboards now. In the future we will support the customization of the controller keys. If you want to customize the controllers' keys now, we recommend you use the controller customization in the Steam settings.

Q：After I launch the game. I can only see a background picture without menu buttons. I can't start new game.
A：May be your game files are corrupted. You can try to remove everything in the game data folder (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\MapleDorm\GlimmerInMirror) and then uninstall the game and reinstall it. If the problem is still not solved, please send the files in the game data folder (C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\MapleDorm\GlimmerInMirror) to [email protected]. It will help us solve the problem for you. Thank you!

At present, there is a very low probability that the battle challenge in Dark Remains can not be completed. If you encounter it, you can try to exit the game and challenge again. We are working hard to investigate and will fix it as soon as possible!

You can also collect Spirit fragments to summon random Spirits. They will bring new combat experience, and the experience will be different and unique for each player as the Spirits they acquire differ.
