Today, June 15, marks the first anniversary of ProtoCorgi. In celebration, we are happy to announce the launch of the ProtoCorgi Wiki!

ProtoCorgi Hotfix 1.1.44

We have updated ProtoCorgi addressing some issues that affected the gameplay experience.
Here is the changelog from ProtoCorgi version 1.1.39 to 1.1.44:

  • Fixed an issue where kamikaze ships were not incrementing their kill count unless an explosion bomb was used.
  • Fixed player laser, animal spirit and bomb satellite invert color shader not working
  • Fixed wrong anime explosions names, now shows the correct background fishes explosions at leviatan planet section 2
  • Fixed background brightness condition in game menu
  • Corrected translation typo in bug turret

ProtoCorgi Hotfix 1.1.39

We have updated ProtoCorgi addressing some rare issues that could affect the gameplay experience.
Here is the changelog from ProtoCorgi version 1.1.38 to 1.1.39:

- Fixed arrow selector button clicklable in locked mode. Mutators absorb/animal spirit enabled configuration were affected by this bug.
- Fixed animal spirit, absorb and stop time unable to being unlocked if Absorb and Animal spirit mutators are disabled (this should be imposible without bugs or cheats, but there was a bug leading to this case).

ProtoCorgi Linux Build Updated!


Hello Everyone,

Mission Control here!

ProtoCorgi Linux build has been updated to version 1.1.37!. Now, the Windows and Linux versions are in sync. Not only we have updated the Linux build to version 1.1.37, but we have also fixed incompatibilities with old Linux distributions using the official Godot compilation tools to build our customized engine, you can find more, very technical, details about this here:

Here is ProtoCorgi running using Linux native in the Steam Deck, and yes, ProtoCorgi is fully compatible with Steam Deck.
