Hellsplit: Arena Update 1.15 released

Dear friends!

We are glad to announce that our update 1.15 is ready and we are anxious to present it to you!
One of the biggest features of this new update is the Horse, which is available for riding and fighting against the enemies, along with the new maps and weapons designed particularly for this purpose.
Another important improvement refers to the partial modification of the campaign. New levels have been added to it and besides the waves order and quantity of the enemies have changed - all to make the gameplay more interesting. Our recommendation to those who's already completed the campaign would sound rather simple - try it again! :)
So here we are with the complete change log for the update 1.15:

  • Support of the sitting mode is added
  • Possibility of crouching is added
  • Standard avatar's armor is changed
  • Avatar's calibration screen is improved
  • It is now possible to enter the Settings via Pause-menu
  • New map Frozen Lake (2 versions) is added
  • New map Knight’s Court (2 versions) is added
  • The Horse is added
  • Horse control settings are included in the options
  • The crows are added
  • New types of weapon for the battles on the Horse are added (lance, peak and bear spear). The weapon is already placed on the maps where the horse is available.
  • Training rounds are added to the campaign
  • Waves order in the campaign is reworked
  • 3D-icons are included in the altar
  • Plugs for non-opened objects are added
  • Skeletons health is decreased
  • The limit on the hands breaking during the two-handed grip is removed

Hello everyone!
Halloween has come and gone, but we are still working hard and want to present you our new update 1.14! Here are some new features to keep you all occupied:
First off, kicking has become a lot more comfortable, now it is directed depending on where your HMD is positioned, rather then being on a 360 axis at a single height. The pumpkin bombs from Halloween are new and improved (design and sensitivity wise that is) and here to stay to demolish the undead. Cutting a zombie in half now leaves some delightful physics based guts hanging out of both sides while not having almost any effect on performance! Lastly, we have a new way to brutality execute the undead, first you could rip their hearts out, but now you can rip their heads off!
These are the major additions to 1.14 but be sure to take a look at the changelog below, stay safe slayers!

  • New option of zombie defeating: head ripping
  • Now zombie's guts fall out while slicing him in a half
  • New hybrid motion mode for HTC Vive is added

  • Bug of enemies animation during the explosion is fixed
  • Sounds of fallen shatters of the objects are added
  • Lighting of the map "Fort" is fixed

Hello everyone! A little spooookyyyy update for you all! Tis the season for scaring and slicing. With this update we have added Halloween styling! We hope you are enjoying the cold weather and happy holidays! Stay warm and safe and have a good day!

Hellsplit: Arena Update 1.12 released

Hello, dear friends! We're glad to present you our next regular update, where we took your wishes regarding the training mode settings into consideration, implemented HTC Vive Cosmos support, added new lighting scenarios on the Tomb Of Heroes arena and diversified the existing levels with the new interactive objects. Thank you for staying with us!

  • New interface of the waves settings in the training mode
  • Now it's possible to call out up to 4 enemies on any training map
  • HTC Vive Cosmos support
  • Menu/Jump-button are now also inverted by controllers swap (when you switch strafe's side)
  • Health potion activation radius increased
  • Combustion of the bottles on fire is fixed
  • Shield's reversion when leaving the arena is added
  • Walls collisions on the map "Fort" are improved
  • Barrel explosion is now accompanied by a flash light
  • Goblets gained for beating the bosses can now be taken in hand

  • New lighting variations for "Tomb of Heroes" are added

We're glad to present you the first major update of Hellsplit: Arena, where we tried to consider the most important remarks and suggestions you shared with us, as well as implement long-promised functions, including Valve Index support, Half-Swording and many others.
