This update fixes major issues with exp scaling in NG+ Ascensions and other tweaks

• Fixed a bug causing EXP to scale by 1000% (!!) in NG+ Ascensions
  
• Fixed NG+ Ascensions not reloading Fate Wheel on death
  
• Tweaked EXP scaling formulas
  
• Introduced Critical Hit Damage multiplier
  
• Replaced "+Int on Crit" mod with "+Crit Damage each Mana" mod
  
• Nerfed Thorns
  
• Buffed Mana Shield
  
• Improved performance on Fate Wheel
