Onirism Night of the Sleepyheads Update

[p]Hey everyone !

The team has been really busy since the beginning of the year improving the experience of the game, and also working on the Online mode beta !
So this update is mainly a big QoL and bugfix patch:

Quality of life and Bugfixes:

- Fixed issues with moving platforms and long jumping causing Carol to be stuck in mid air
- Improved controller support in menus
- Added back the stats screen in the pause menu
- Improved the look of the main menu
- Meadows: Added extra point of interests to better guide the player toward objectives
- The Glacier: The glacier infamous puzzle now have a few QoL, showing you wich path is linked using lamps
- Fixed audio issues with shop cards
- Added crit bonus stat in weapon selection screens
- Added the map to the remapping settings
- Fixed a lot of weird behaviors with menus
- Fixed an issue that caused a certain prince to float around
- And a lot more that I probably forgot about with all the work that was done !

But we do have some goodies as well !

This map act as an introduction for new players to Tales mode, but don't be fooled, there is plenty of challenge to be had on this map !

Onirism Online Multiplayer Phase 1 Beta Testing

[p]Hey Sleepyheads,[/p][p][/p][p]We’ve been hard at work for the past few months finishing up the Multiplayer modes, and finally, we’ve reached the point where we can let the community join in for beta testing !  [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]In a week's time, the first phase of our testing will begin. It will be limited at the start as we focus on a few core pillars of the Online Multiplayer, but don’t worry, we’ll have much larger and in-depth tests in the coming weeks.[/p][p]The date of the phase one test is January 22-25. The timing will be announced closer to the test.
[/p][p]For this test, we will need you to join us via Discord (https://discord.com/invite/BrS8YFJ) and head over to the #registrations channels. [/p][p]There you will be able to join the MP Beta channels where we will handle all the testing, communications and access to the MP Build.
[/p][p]For those who get into the Beta, you’ll be given a full game key that you can share with a friend as a thank you for your help. Not only that, but you’ll be given an exclusive Discord role to show off with. [/p][p][/p][p]All that we ask is that if you participate in the beta, is that you provide all the feedback and bug reporting possible. It’s imperative for us to receive it so we can make this the best version of Oni to date.[/p][p][/p][p]So a little bit more about the test, what to expect, and our goals![/p][p][/p][p]This is a limited test run of Onirism's online experience. For this first beta, only the PvP (Playground) part of the game will be accessible to online play. As this is mainly a test of the core functionality of the online experience, it will be open to a small number of players[/p][p][/p][p]Main goals here are…to find out all the different ways players can break the online game experience, so we can fix them! Next is to get players' feedback on what feels good/bad/in-between in the online PvP. And last but not least, collect all your suggestions on what could or needs to be improved to make it as fun as possible. 
[/p][p]At this point, expect a lot of bugs, unplanned behaviours, and random crashes. We can not stress that enough, ha! [/p][p]THINGS ARE GOING TO BREAK HILARIOUSLY IN THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE, PLEASE, PLEASE KEEP THAT IN MIND !!!![/p][p]Please note we've done all we could to make it a good and fun experience, but we cannot anticipate the large variety of player behaviours and computer configurations that a live beta will bring. [/p][p][/p][p]You'll fight with and against your friends with all the whackiness Onirism stands for, but it's very possible the true winner of the fight will be your network driver![/p][p][/p][p]Thanks for being patient with us, and looking forward to playing with you all during the Beta![/p][p]and again, this is an actual CLOSED BETA, not some advertisement shenanigans, expect things to EXPLODE![/p]
