Hotfix 1 - Launch madness

Hi guys, thanks for the overwhelming response to launch!

There are so many things we want to fix and improve, so keep your suggestions flowing in Discord and we will keep logging them.

• Added minimum deadzone for Xbox 360 controllers (fixes the mild stick drift).
  
• Fixed input focus in some cases (such as Pause and Song Complete).
  
• Improved performance on most devices.
  
• German translation improvements.
  
• Y now also maps to Tap Note on keyboard (same as Z).
  
• Improve Hold Notes (visual change and gameplay tweak!).
  

• Having to constantly hold the wheel button down on Mouse is fatiguing
  
• MacOS video / audio latency (game sync) issue
  
• MacOS controller requiring Steam restart (and Steam driver install issue)
  
• Resolution settings, and a million other options currently not available.
  
• So many more issues.
