[p]Hello, everyone![/p][p][/p][p]Exactly four years ago, on September 15, 2021, Timberborn entered Early Access. When we were about to hit the big "Launch" button, we didn't really know what to expect. Fortunately, it turns out the players do like building post-apocalyptic cities for their super-intelligent beavers, and Timberborn thrives![/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p]Check out the original 2021 trailer above![/p][p][/p][p]We are now secretly working on the Next Big Thing for the game. You will hear more about that in the not-so-distant future. In the meantime, let's celebrate Timberborn's fourth anniversary together![/p][p][/p][h2]Relive the memories[/h2][p]Timberborn has come a long way since its Early Access release, but do not take our word for it. We've made it easy to see how Timberborn looked and played before all the content additions, reworks, and Quality-of-Life changes we implemented across the seven major updates we've had so far.[/p][p][/p][p]Want to play Timberborn in its September 2021 glory, without all the new stuff but with fewer maps and lower FPS? Sure thing! Simply head to the Betas tab and switch to the 0.0 branch. After you're done reminiscing, you can simply hop back to the current branch.[/p][p]To avoid any compatibility issues between saves, we strongly suggest starting a new game whenever you switch to a different branch.[/p][p]You can also switch to any other major release.
