Misc.
- Made the Settlement Panel even prettier. uwu
- Fixed the district dropdown list in the Settlement Panel.
- Updated the icon for Golem Assembler.
- Updated the in-game credits to include recent additions to the Moderator and Eager Beaver groups.
Late notes:
- Fixed a crash caused by beavers trying to wander after changing their district. (This was actually fixed in the September 10 hotfix which didn't get its own announcement).
