Despite various efforts, including engine updates, to improve the multiplayer environment, we recognize that some players are still experiencing difficulties due to numerous variables such as region of residence, internet connection, and PC specifications.[/p][p]As mentioned, multiplayer-related issues are caused by a wide range of factors, and in order to address them, we need to collect information about your gameplay environment. This file contains comprehensive information such as your PC’s hardware, system components, software environment, and IP. If you prefer not to upload this file, that is completely fine.
