Localization quick fix - v2021.1.2

Thanks to a awake community, I was made aware that I misplaced the Korean translations with another language - doh!

Therefore a quick fix here :)

WHAT'S CHANGED
- Added back the real translations for Korean (Sorry guys!)
- Updated credits with some localization team updates

BUGS
- Fixed bug where footsteps were not affected by Master Volume

Localization update - v2021.1.1

What? Already a new update?

Yes!

This time I want to make Fireworks Mania accessible for even more players, by localizing/translating the game in to multiple languages.

The game now supports the following languages:
- English
- Danish
- French
- German
- Korean
- Russian
- Spanish
- Japanese
- Chinese (Simplified)
- Dutch
- Italian
- Polish
- Turkish
- Vietnamese
- Bulgarian
- Norwegian



I need to send a BIG THANKS to the awesome community around Fireworks Mania - because the majority of these translations are their work.
As I plan to keep adding a ton of stuff to the game, translations will be an ongoing thing, why I have setup a "Localization Team" in my Discord that are helping with exactly that!

[h2]Change log - v2021.1.1[/h2]

WHAT'S CHANGED
- Added localization (translations) to the game. The game will per default pick your language if it's supported. Alternatively you can change the langauge in Settings
- Updated Credits UI
- The rotation speed have increased. This is especially visible when you "snap rotate". Before it was so smooth/slow that players didn't noticed that it was actually snapping

BUGS
- Fixed bug where a rocket wouldn't start flying in some cases if you kept igniting it
- Fixed collider issue on wired fence at Ranch so you can actually interact with objects on the other side

[h2]What's up next?[/h2]
I develop this game very agile, meaning I try and adapt to what happens in the community.
I know you all want a lot of different things, but it seems like a save/load feature is something that the majority really wants. So that's what I'm looking into in the coming weeks/months.
I expect this one to be a lot more complicated than localization, so have some patience.

Lets see what I figure out :)

New Years update - v2020.12.3

HAPPY NEW YEAR! :)

Just wanted to put out a little update with at least just a tiny New Years themed thing.

Originally I had the plan to add some more fireworks, but I underestimated how much time Christmas and the release of Fireworks Mania took, so for now, you will have to live with this tiny update.

I plan to get back to a more normal schedule after New Years, with hopefully live stream, dev logs and updates.
So stay tuned on my YouTube channel and Discord for these updates.

WHAT'S CHANGED
- Added new "2021" cake - wanted to add some New Years special stuff
- Added new tube "DraeBlast"
- Updated splashscreen warnings to include a flashing lights/seizure warning too
- Added physics to the rocking chair on the Ranch map

BUGS
- Fixed issue with wrong name on some of the Snapper firecrackers
- Fixed the "floating" mill in the Ranch

Fireworks Mania Released

After 2 years of spare time development, I am finally ready with the first and initial release of Fireworks Mania.
It all started with a request for a game like this from my oldest son - and here we are now - live on Steam!

I will try and do this as short as possible, as I know you all just want to jump into the game and play.

Release Date & Demo Removal

It has been almost a year since I published the Fireworks Mania Demo to Steam - and what a year!

Thousands of you downloaded the demo and I sense that a few of you enjoyed it too. Hundreds of videos have been published to YouTube already, so can't wait to see what you guys (and girls) will do when the game comes out.

All your videos and feedback, either here on Steam or in the Discord, have already shaped the game a lot - and I plan to be able to continue with that after the release.

Thank you for that - it's amazing seeing so many people having so much fun!

Demo Removal - 1st of December 2020

As you might know, if you have followed me for a while - I'm a solo developer, developing this game in my spare time, while having a wife, two kids, a full time day job and a dog.

That means that my time on the game is limited and I have to be as focused as possible with the time I have for the game.
Therefore I have decided to remove the Fireworks Mania Demo from Steam - as preparation for the release.

Yes, I know, some of you might get a little sad about this, but fear not, the real game will soon be out so you can get back to even more fireworks.

Fireworks Mania Demo will be removed from Steam on 1st of December 2020.



Release Date - 17th of December 2020 at 17:00 GMT

There you have it the official release date. As we have players from all over the world, it might be worth it putting a time on too.

17th of December 2020 at 17:00 GMT - Fireworks Mania will be released on Steam.

So, if you feel sad about the demo - it's only about 2 weeks - and then the fun can begin!

The price will be the Steam price point 9.99€ / 11.99$.

I really look forward to hear what you think about the game and see what you will do in it - keep sharing videos on YouTube and stream on Twitch - it's awesome!
