Fireworks Mania News

It's been around 6 month since the last update of the demo and with the upcoming 4th of july - I thought it was time to get the demo closer to the mechanics I have developed in the full version of the game.

Therefore I give you this MAJOR update of the demo - remember to WISHLIST the game on Steam to you get notified once the game is release around New Years 2020.

If you saw my last dev log you saw I added a new piece of fireworks called - "Kokkenrulle".
However, the sounds that had when I created it, wasn't a really good match for this one, so I wasn't really happy with it.

This week I found a better sound, thanks to a sound designer on Twitter, so now it have a little more "kaboom" to it ;)

This week I have added a new type of fireworks to the game - welcome "Kokkenrulle"!
Yes, it's a wierd name to pronounce, just give it a try, it comes from the danish word "Køkkenrulle" - which means "Paper towel".

This week Fireworks Mania was played by the German YouTuber - Paluten - who have almost 4 MILLION subscribers!

That resulted in a lot of downloads and new playing trying out Fireworks Mania Demo - and most of them seem to enjoy it.

Fireworks Mania Demo even made it to the frontpage of "Free Demo" page here on Steam - which was pretty awesome.



This week I managed to add a "Daytime Town" map - check out the video for more info.

This weeks video is a little different, as I thought it could be fun to show these new pieces of fireworks in a comic way. There are lots of references to "Dani" on YouTube, so if you don't know him, check out his channel or else just watch the last half where I show off these new bad boys.
