Inspector work and general fixes

Over the last month the inspection system saw more groundwork complete as we prepare the initial list of items to be implemented. You can currently select the main hologram in the observatory and see orbital lines overlayed on the tablet. This is our first implementation to test out this concept and we are excited to roll this out to the over 20 inspectable items we have planned to add around the station. The information contained will give insight into the technologies and lore of the Verse.

We hope you enjoy this sneek-peek of an update, and we would be eager to hear your feedback on this mechanic.

We also have a whole new room of the station being worked on behind closed doors. The next minor update will see those doors slide open to reveal one of the biggest rooms in Eli's Vinirman class station.

Until then, stay safe in the Verse!

Inspectable items added

  • Mining UI improvemnts
  • Hologram labels added upon inspection
  • Items can now be picked up to inspect

In the coming weeks we will be adding more inspectable items around the station, adding a bit more context to the Verse. Next major updates will be introducing new mining buildings to the Free Play mode.

Demo Now Available

Following two months as a playtest, the LithoBreak demo is now available. Thank you to everyone who has tested LithoBreak and we will continue to be utilizing feedback as we move toward Early-Access release.

We would also like to take this chance to announce that Early-Access will now include the planned free-play mode. Incorporating this mode throughout Early-Access will allow us to include new moon mining equipment and refinements more frequently. This will also allow development to be more flexible in incorporating community ideas and feedback.

We hope you enjoy the demo and are looking forward to Early-Access.

Stay safe in the verse
