Bolt-spell Mana Reductions, Song of Fire and Song of Ice Buffs

Intelligence passives now grant 0.3 Mana Regen (up from 0.2 Mana Regen)
Kirkira's Cooldown Reduction passive has been replaced with Lower Mana Cost.
Fixed Lower Stamina Cost talent tree passives increasing Lower Mana Cost instead.

Kirkira - Cataclysmic Casting: Increased area reduced from 50% to 30%.

Fireball: Max Mana Cost increased from 100 to 125.
Firebolt: Mana cost reduced from 75 to 50.
Frostbolt: Mana cost reduced from 75 to 50.

[h2]ITEMS[/h2]
Song of Fire: Casting Firebolt causes your next Frostbolt within 1 second to explode, dealing 25% spell damage and Burning nearby enemies for 15% spell damage per second for 2.5 seconds.
Song of Ice: Casting Frostbolt causes your next Firebolt within 1 second to burst with cold, dealing 25% spell damage and Chilling nearby enemies for 10% for 1 second.

BALANCE

Base Health at level 30 increased from 590 to 600.

Stamina Regen talent tree passives reduced from 2.5 to 2 per point.
Mana Regen talent tree passives increased from 0.5 to 1 per point.

Verndari - Wildshot Elixir: Additional projectiles now deal 50% damage.
Alcaeus - Invigorating Potion: Stamina Regeneration bonus reduced from 50 to 30.
Alcaeus - Precision Fighter: Damage Increase and Stamina Cost Reduction reduced from 15% to 10%.

Flame Slash
  • Now only usable with Swords.
  • Mana cost reduced from 150 to 125.
  • Stamina cost reduced from 200 to 125.
  • Initial damage reduced from 250% to 150% combined weapon damage.
  • Max Burn duration reduced from 4.5 to 3 seconds.
  • Base area reduced by 25%.
Fireball
  • Burn damage reduced from 50% spell damage per second to 25% spell damage per second.
  • Burn damage now stacks up to 75% spell damage per second (previously did not stack).
  • Burn duration increased from 2.5 seconds to 3 seconds.

Astaroth Update: New Engineer Talent Tree, 7 New Skills, New Minion Types

NEW
New Minion Type - Pact Warrior: Pact Warriors apply special Pact Effects to you and your minions while active. Only 1 Pact Warrior can be active per player.

New Minion Type - Construct: Constructs have different weapon requirements than Summons and are affected by different talents. Talents and skills that affect "Minions" affect both Summons and Constructs.

  • Moved to T2.
  • Chain lightning damage increased from 20% to 30% of the generating hit.
Godcaller
  • Moved to T2.
  • Damage increased from 30% to 50% of the generating hit.

Guardian Rework
  • Renamed "Dauntless"
  • Resistance reduced from 25% to 15%.
  • Minions now gain 10% increased movement speed.


Recruiter Rework: Non-Pact Minion skills gain +1 Maximum Summons.

  • Kirkira - Greater Heightened Spell: Mana cost penalty reduced from +25% to +20%.
  • Zabaoth - Mighty Warrior: Mana cost penalty reduced from +25% to +20%.
  • Verndari - Dash: Stamina cost penalty reduced from +30 to +25. Distance slightly increased.
  • Alcaeus - Alert: No longer adds All Resistance. Now reduces incoming damage by 20%.

Stormblade: Chain damage reduced from 100% to 50% of the hit's damage.
(This is to offset the buff to Godcaller and maintain this item's current power.)

BALANCE

  • Summon Zombie: Base Health increased from 60 to 80.
  • Electrified Trap: Initial damage increased from 100% to 125%.
IMPROVED
  • Increased drop chances for Enhanced and Legendary items in Infinite Arena.
  • Enemies now aggro more easily to minions.
FIXED
  • Fixed Frost Trap initial damage area not being affected by Cataclysmic Casting.
  • Fixed Magma Trap initial damage area not being affected by Cataclysmic Casting.
  • Potential fix for weird interactions with Discord and Spotify.
  • Fixed bows becoming invisible.
  • Fixed an interaction with Focuses and Valkyrion talents.
  • Fixed being able to resurrect dead Hardcore characters.
  • Fixed items not saving properly after being crafted in stash.
