VER 0.3a - HOTFIX

Quick hotfix to correct some of the issues you guys were having with the moans.

Originally the moans were playing during VN scenes, but fixing that lead to them not playing anymore in the main game mode again. SO, this should be a fix which addresses both- moans when there should be, and no moans when there shouldn't!

Our next major content update is here just in time for the Steam Summer Sale! This time we're focusing on Rella's story, as well as deepening the amount of customization that's possible in the animation system!

Rella's story arc is now fully complete! What's more, it's a double header! It also features her boyfriend, and newly added character, Ronnie Rotten!

  • Four new unlockable story scenes featuring Rella and Ronnie Rotten!
  • Fully voiced Rella scenes for her story arc! Ronnie's voice acting coming in a future update.
  • 2 brand new songs for the story mode!

COMING THE NEXT MAJOR UPDATE-
While we've got a couple of minor additions we'll be adding to the Metalsturm patch cycle, the next major patch will focus on some big gameplay switch ups! We hope to finally get the gameplay to a point where we can stop tweaking it and it's a solid core to the game. In addition, we'll be wrapping up Lucy's story!

HOTFIX

So we noted some of the issues you guys were having with the Gallery were still lingering in the most recent patch- so here's another quick update which should hopefully help. Feels like we've been hunting this one down for a while- it'll test correctly on our end but then mess up in the Steam build for whatever reason. So we'll be seeing how this build performs and make further tweaks if necessary.

VER 0.2.4 - THE F.I.R.S.T UPDATE (PART 2)

Progress has been a bit rocky on the Fixing Initial Release Enjoyment Things update- we've had to replace a writer during this period and it's shifted our schedule around in ways we didn't suspect- but we've got a new writer and have completed our first set of major changes!

We've tested on previous saves and this update should be compatible- but if not, try doing a fresh start, as usual. There's new content to see in the intro anyways!

[h2]STORY CONTENT:[/h2]
More tweaking to the intro, giving better proper introduction to the world. Also Claire has a new scene following up from her last, featuring a new CG!

[h2]GAMEPLAY SYSTEMS:[/h2]
  • New Mode: Creative Mode is now available from the main menu! Play as many cards as you like with no restrictions- freely chain together animations! This is the first draft and we will be updating and refining the mode based off of player feedback. Starlet CGs must still be unlocked in story mode.
  • New: Added a New Task - Task 3 has some new challenges completeable now!
  • Improved: upgraded Unity for performance and stability benefits.


[h2]GALLERY:[/h2]
  • NEW CG: Claire taken from behind- first penetrative sex scene for Claire!


[h2]UI:[/h2]
  • New card graphics! Completely overhauled how cards look in the game!
  • Updated Shop UI!


[h2]FIXES:[/h2]
  • Fixed: Issues with gallery unlocks not unlocking.
  • Fixed: Position override and position combo trackers for Chapter 3.
  • Fixed: Task counters not refreshing in some cases.
  • Fixed: GameBoard being draggable and droppable on itself so it would consider itself a card. Added a check that makes sure the dragged object is actually a card.
  • Fixed: Main Story dialogue UI not going away in City View.
  • Fixed: City View event asigning logic had a broken connection related to Random.







VER 0.2.3 - HOTFIX

So we've gotten a lot of feedback from you guys in regards to some of the changes we made with the latest patch- while we're still working on some bigger mechanics changers which should help things fall more into place, I've gone ahead and some some balance changes which should hopefully help make the recent changes feel a bit better.

Namely, reducing the speed at which the Bones cost of the draw button goes up- increasing the amount of time that positions use (so it's easier to end films and cash out), reintroducing a way to destroy cards (and thus deck edit without only relying on the game over deck editor), and increasing some of the inspiration costs.

  • Updated the deck builder UI with some of the new art assets used elsewhere in the game.

  • Bones cost increase on successive draws was reduced from 2 to 1
  • Made some shop cards free to purchase
  • Re-introduced the destroy effect to one card (Censorship)
  • Most positions across the board have an additional time cost
  • Task requirements for task 2 slightly increased
  • Overhauled effects on some themes now that draws aren't time based.
