Hello Heroes!

Today marks a special day for all of us at Ishtar Games, but also for you! Exactly one year ago, The Last Spell launched in 1.0, almost two years after the start of the Early Access.



We've said it before but we'll say it again: our success has been possible thanks to you, the players. Even now, we see your messages on Discord & Reddit to discuss strategies, ideas and to welcome new players trying to beat this damn Cetusia on Lakeburg. Your support means a lot to us and we are always happy to answer your questions, detail our choices in our blogposts or go even further than what we initially ambitionned for the game.

But we know you've got one big question about what's coming after!

You're waiting for it, we are profusely working on it, but we're not ready just yet to tell you more about it.

We read your messages every day and we're very much aware of the excitement that you all have for the DLCs, and trust us, we CAN'T WAIT to tell you about the VERY exciting things we've been cooking for you!

In the meantime, yay to The Last Spell being one year old and here's to a lot more!

[h2]Digital Tabletop Fest 4begins today and The Last Spell is part of it! [/h2]

We are thrilled to announce that The Last Spell will be part of Digital Tabletop Fest–the Steam festival celebrating all-things related todigital tabletop games.

From today through the 11thof March, you can save 30% off The Last Spell. In addition to that, you will also be able to experience some of the latest and greatest digital tabletop-inspired titles and see what the future holds for the tabletop genre with coming soon games. The festival will feature deckbuilders, board games, and titles inspired by tabletop IPs.

The year is ending and the holidays are approaching, we wanted to thank you for your support thoughout the year and with the 1.0 Launch in March. The Last Spell would not have been the same without you and we are truly grateful for your support, comments and feedback that you share in every possible places.

Being able to have a look into your gameplay, to know what's working for you and what's not is always immensely motivating. Especially when we are looking to balance stuff out and we need to confirm we are on the right path! Beta players, we see you.

For the 1.0 Launch, we were very happy to work on an awesome 2D animated trailer! Not only did this trailer bring out the best in The Last Spell, but it was also so extremely satisfying for us to see our baby project grow into this, thank you CRCR and Wizz for your work on the animation!

Recently, we also surpassed the 95% threshold of Recent Positive Reviews on Steam: thank you for that!

As promised, in 2024 the first DLC of The Last Spell will release and we cannot wait to share more information with you! Right now, it's all pretty secretive but we are hard at work! Everything will be revealed... soon!
