0.9.5_10048 Hotfix: Lights stay ON!!!

Fixed issue where it was not possible to un-select selected buildings in builder kit without cancelling
Buildings that can be "turned on" now stay on when you leave the area/save and quit, reload the game Lamps/Sinks/etc
Fixed a steam deck crash issue within the Builder Kit's item catalog
Fixed issue where placing certain buildings were causing frame rate drops
Thrown items inside houses and shops should now no longer clip into the void from the wall easily
