MEET THE CHARACTERS #1 - ELANA KOVNIC
Dear Gatewalkers!
We want to start a short series about characters that you meet in Gatewalkers. Our NPCs have their own stories. You have already met some of them in the Guild during the demo. Now there is time to share a little bit more about them.
The first person you meet when starting the game is Elana Kovnic.
Elana is an experienced Gatewalker. She became a professional Gatewalker two years before you joined the Guild and took part in many dangerous expeditions. She is young, however so talented, that she quickly became an important person and started to train new students.
Elana's great results come from many years of training that she began undergoing as a child. Her parents set high standards for her and she started training in her early years. Ragged from her childhood, Elana grew into a woman who would not dare to question the Guild's decisions and would obey every command, desperate to impress her parents with her achievements.
Despite her results and outstanding attitude, Elana belongs to very trusting people, maybe even too naive. She follows the rules and is very loyal. You may think that her parents forced her into this lifestyle - it is true, however, Elana fell in love in a fight. She loves challenges and preparations. She always keeps her armor clean and her weapons sharp. Her tongue is sharp too - she hates sugarcoating! She will always tell others what she thinks. That’s why a lot of rookies think she is bossy. In reality, she deeply cares about students and wants to prepare them for everything.
She has a lot of friends*: Markus Henrid, Talah Kinith, Taiho Everdine, Louis Mccarthy. She is Arvin Gabnis's favorite. But there are some people that she hates. Among them are Viktor Hemming, Theodor Seed, Loulou Dupont, and Fritz Wagner.
