New Tutorials: Basic Training
We understand that RISK can be a daunting conquest for newcomers, and our current Training tutorial could use a bit of an upgrade. So, we’ve been hard at work creating Basic Training, a new tutorial system that covers off the essentials of what anyone needs to get started playing RISK.
Basic Training features:
New Music
March into battle with new music coming to RISK! Have a listen to the epic new RISK soundtrack, with brand new tracks for our main menu and in-game music to accompany your battles. The new tracks (created just for us) will not have content ID on them so streamers and content creators can rejoice!

Emotes in the Shop
We know many of you have been patiently waiting and saving your gems for your favourite emotes to show up in the shop. The day is finally here! You can now purchase any emote you desire, eliminating the wait and randomness, so you can express yourself exactly how you want, when you want.
From this point forward, you can view and purchase emotes from the customisation menu, just like you would with all our other customisation items. Head there now to see the emotes you already own and explore all our emote options. We’ll be rolling out some emotes progressively to this menu over the coming weeks so make sure you check back regularly!

New Draft phase notification screen to highlight the number of troops players receive on their turn and showcase the equipped troop
Added a popup to confirm if players wish to restart their solo game
Scenarios have been moved to the Solo game type
Bug fixes
Fixed bug where Zombie AI is stuck on drafting
Removed ‘Nothing’ inactivity behavior option from game filters

Basic Training features:
- 6 training modules covering the core concepts of RISK
- Each training exercise has an accompanying video tutorial and wiki article, to cover all the information you need to get started playing RISK
- NEW Commander Frame awarded to each player for completing all of Basic Training. (Existing players already familiar with the game will automatically receive the Commander Frame, which can be found in the customization menu)
