Greetings generals!

In update 3.17, we implemented a brand new map selection screen to provide a better user experience for selecting a map.

Our previous Map Selection UI felt clunky. The menu was a vertical scrolling list with a preview of the map on the right-hand side. Players were required to scroll through every single map which can be a tedious task.

With our new map selection screen, we hope it makes the maps easier to navigate and select for players. We understand that changing something as big as a map selection screen can take time to adjust, and we've received some feedback regarding its usability.

Here's a breakdown of the new Map Selection Screen and its uses:

Please note the map selection screen is not finalised yet and are open to any suggestions.

The RISK Rundown!

RISK Rundown is a feature we've added which recaps your yearly stats, including:

• Top 3 Maps
  
• Games Won
  
• Number of troops defeated
  
• Your highest FFA rank
  
• Your highest 1V1 rank
  
• and more!

Stats are calculated between 11th Dec 2023 and 11th Dec 2024, so it will not include current results. Players with fewer than 10 games will need to play more games next year to qualify for 2025's recap.

And with that, our team is officially on break for the rest of the year! This year has been amazing and we cannot wait to see you all in 2025!

HOTFIX
- Among Us maps should have had their camera bounds finessed
- Fixed a bug where The Skeld dice could display incorrectly
- Secret Missions overlay should no longer hang around after switching game modes
- Camera should now correctly return to original position after attack animations
- Fixed a bug where Secret Missions could sometimes display incorrect continent capture information
- Fixed a bug where avatar animations could hang on victory and defeat screens
- Ibailand has made it back into the game after going AWOL
- Fixed broken connections on Polus
