Reports from the devfield. What we are working on?

The next major update was planned for May 27, but we have to postpone it for 1-2 weeks. There is always a possibility that the deadlines will be shifted for a small team if one of the developers is temporarily unable to work (illness, relocation, and other circumstances). Hope for your understanding.
What's will be included in this update:
• Auction. Build an auction house, and you can sell and buy goods without leaving your territory, as well as be able to trade with players from other servers.
We do not want the cross-server auction to be a complete replacement for the current trading through chat and meeting players in the game world. Therefore, when selling through the auction, the seller pays a 10% commission (in addition, the buyer will also pay a 5% commission if this purchase was cross-server).
• Updated Crypts. Crypts will become more interesting and will receive a random generation of rooms, enemies, and rewards. A new boss will also added!
• Exotic item levels. Each exotic item will have 4 upgrade levels instead of quality (all exotic items created before this update will receive 1 level). The maximum, 4th level will roughly correspond to the quality of 185%!, and also will have visual effects. About 15 materials and recipes will be added to improve to the last two levels, which will solve several problems at once:
- fill in the missing places in skill leveling,
- a significant part of the materials can be found when collecting low-level resources - this will open up new ways of earning for beginners,
- players will leave dungeons more often because recipes will contain materials from outdoor bosses.
• Stumps, snags, and bushes will be gathered. Now, this does not interfere with construction, and new models will make the game world a little more diverse.
• Usability improvements and bug fixes. Added a button for creating Maximum items, the ability to go to the recipe in the repair window, fixed errors with the interface, and other fixes.
