Hotfix 2.0.280 and some details about the next update

Hotfix 2.0.280 is already on the servers. Details below.

- One more additional confirmation is now required in the character deletion window.
- Dungeon closure messages now display the name of the dungeon.
- Fixed a bug due to which, when the trade window was open, a second shift-click on an item would erroneously display the item's icon again.
- Fixed a bug due to which the cost of seeds from the hand could also erroneously spend the rest of the seeds in the inventory.
- Fixed the chasing range of the final boss of the fortress.
- Fixed a bug due to which the Guardian Tree could not be transferred.
