Fixed rebinding issues on Windows and Linux

-Rebinding user interface behavior had become irresponsive and random in a previous update.
-Rebinding now works as expected. Press a binding, press a new key, the binding is assigned and binding done.

The Falconeer verified for SteamDeck, Linux native support available now!

The build runs at max settings on Native Steam Deck resolution, as seen in the video here:

When it runs on a #steamdeck you also get specific UX optimizations for smaller screens!

But it is a fully native Linux Build that is already available right now. As you might have noticed Linux +SteamOs is now supported by the game. That means you get to enjoy The Falconeer at the smoothest possible performance on your linux devices.
