The latest build is now live!

This update includes the ability to import custom 3d bits for use in the in-game ship builder; and custom clothes for your crew. Palettes can now include glowing materials.
There are some various bug fixes concerning phantom models in the ship builder.

For Halloween, I’ve created an example ghost shop here!

I’m happy to announce Azure version 0.4.7 is now live.

This update focuses on Steam Workshop integration- you can now design your own ships and material palettes and share them with others.

Unfortunately Steam doesn’t support access to the Workshop via the demo, so I’ll be looking for different sites to host the mods.

This update also includes some various bug-fixes and the start of a Codex to help inform the player of different features.

Azure version 0.4.4 is now live on Steam! This update focuses on extending the features of ship-based and world NPCs.

• All NPCs in the world have a unique name.
  
• More interactive NPCs have been created, including different seller types.
  
• “Heralds” are now used to recruit citizens. An option is given to the player of potential recruits.
  

• NPCs now have fixed and variable stats; such as Wellbeing, Stamina & Happiness.
  
• If citizens are too unwell, unhappy or hungry, they will plan to leave; with an option to pay gold to have them remain.
  

• Can now change NPC outfit by clicking on them.
  

• Citizens now follow a fixed routine each day.
  
• Multiple stages include: Work, Work Role, Sleep, Meal and Relax.
  
• “Work Role” forces certain citizens to perform relevant tasks, e.g. a chef will cook for the stage.
  

• Citizens now seek food 3 times a day
  
• Chefs will prepare a meal for each citizen in advance, if resources are available.
  
• A full meal includes any 1 raw piece of food + a drink.
  
• Without a full or partial meal, happiness will drop.
  

• Happiness is affected by access to entertainment props, such as Game boards, archery and books.
