Fall Update 1.6! New F2P Skin!, Apoc Sleeping bag Spawn Saves! The Deep Update!

Patch Notes:
-removed shadow casting from the king of the hill and teleport widget (performance improvements)
-added additional item spawners and did a performance pass over apoc
-added a few additional player spawn locations to apoc
-added slot grips to fruit objects in Lobby and corrected belt attach behavior for the class.
-Added checkpoints to "The Deep" mission.
-Reworked Weapons, Ammo, AI Placement and spawning within "The Deep".
-Reworded the Mission Text Description in "The Deep"
-Added a new camp behind the hospital in Apoc.
-New Free to Play Skin added!
