10 Mar 21 Early Access Build

- fixed a bug where the AI could try to Low Crawl into an hex that cost too much and then when that didn't happen, pass
- adjustments to the # of units the AI moves per stack when moving to fire positions
- multiplayer: fixed bug with opfire when a mixed stack that included a team weapon facing the wrong direction did opfire and had to rotate, when there were also other stacks that could fire due to the MP cost (the shots could happen in the wrong order on the other computer)

- the LOS line tool that extends beyond the vision range in a particular scenario (limited by night, weather, etc) is now surrounded by a blue border
- fixed the move upstairs/downstairs buttons sometimes appearing at strange times
- fixed helicopter exit map button showing when a passenger was selected but not the helicopter
- fixed Buttoned counter sliding across the map to reunite with an oncoming vehicle reinforcement
- fixed the extra visual unit rotation between the Setup phase and the first turn
- multiplayer: fixed Spider Hole not being placed on remote computer, causing potential desync/lock
- added achievements for Battles to the Rhine

- fixed a loop when two units with carried ord weapons attack and destroy a vehicle with no crew surviving
- fixed unshaken Sgt. Ferrari's morale to its proper value of 6 instead of 0
- fixed SSR for teams allowed in bunkers to not fire AA at airplanes

- different fix for LOS line hitting 3-way intersections to be reciprocal
- changed unarmored vehicle DFT result table of Shaken on an already-shaken vehicle to be destroyed
- fixed a crash on Reinforcements screen when units were loaded onto vehicles, then the reinforcements were cancelled, then the reinforcements menu was opened again
