- Capture or Else: fixed the event-not-spawned MG team or Sniper from showing in the fire targeting submenu and causing a crash when clicked on

- fixed opfire being prompted vs. units that Low Crawl into smoke in an otherwise open hex
- increased allowable scroll boundaries of the camera (also indirectly increases the allowable zoom-out)
- multiplayer: fix for heroes generated by opfire possibly not having properly synchronized IDs on both computers

- added missing enforcement of rule that vehicles must (generally) fire their MGs at the same target hex as the main guns
- added missing enforcement of rule 1.6.8: enemy support weapons captured during an scenario that fail an attack are removed
- interface menu pdf is added to the digital bookshelf
- main menu background music changed to ambient battle sound
- intro LnL video updated, note that it is now higher resolution, so remember that skipintro works as a command line switch if that causes a problem

- rules pdf buttons now launch (your default) browser window to the LnL Digital Library where they can more easily referenced and kept up to date
- new tab on the modules screen where the custom user-made scenarios will appear in the future

- Unity upgraded to 2020.3.5f1
- no more Unity splash screen
- game now always turns string #s off at start in case you somehow turned them on in the translations dev interface
- fixed a bug where the AI could get stuck in a loop after firing with a unit with the Plough the Row skill
- fixed another instance of a mandatory fire move being required, this one when the unit was non-melee eligible and could only move into a melee
- removed fire starting checks for targets in bunkers or caves
- On the Road to Sirte: fixed AI getting stuck trying to move Salem individually to exit the map
- a whole bunch of stuff for the Battle Generator DLC that hopefully didn't break anything
