Prologue soon to arrive



In the prologue, we will try to flesh out the main character's story, which we won't spoil here. We worked on a new building system, which we implemented from scratch, you'll be able to build many structures. For example, you can make a moonshine workshop to create illegal liquor, which can be sold only to people in the area, not in town, as it would attract the sheriff's attention. You'll also be able to build chicken coops, rabbit pens, cow's sheds and many more. We also implemented a mechanic where you'll be able to hire guns for hire once your ranch grows big enough, additionally you will be able to buy a land that will extend your ranch. We reworked the horse riding mechanic, and now it feels more realistic and smooth. We will also show a small part of one of our other levels, mainly the town and its surroundings. Not everything will be shown in the prologue, but enough to progress the main storyline. We will probably release it at the end of this month.

The Sixth Devlog - Major Changes in mechanics

We changed many things to make them look more realistic. For example, now, when you cut trees, you can see them fall, and you can pick up logs. Same with the mining mechanic, which involves a more realistic gathering of stone, coal, copper, gold, silver. We also worked on weapon animations to make them look smoother and more excellent. We also have changed our UI to make it look better and smoother, more user friendly.

The Fifth Devlog - Getting Closer To the Release of Prologue.



We've made significant progress improving nearly all of the game mechanics, including more excellent animations in resource gathering and weapons that will have much better animations now. We will be closely getting to the stage of releasing a prologue that will show the game in much more depth than before, showing the beginning of the main storyline and parts of other levels in the world and sandbox in the ranch level.

Of course, we won't forget to add a working save system so that you can enjoy exploring and building your ranch in a more pleasing way.

The Fourth Devlog - Polishing the game



During the steam game festival, you've helped us with giant feedback on the bugs and the future suggestions that we could implement in the game. We will continue polishing the game and adding some new quality of life improvements to make the gameplay more smooth.

We also started working on a Prologue which will be more of a complete version of a demo game. Save system will also be included. It'll try to showcase more or less the final version, which we will aim for, but for now, there's still much to be done, we thank you for the bug reports & suggestions, and we will see you during the prologue!
