Hotfix 0.4.0.2

This patch comes alongside a 12 hour rollback due to issues with character progression getting broken by an item dupe.

• Fixed 2h weapon duplication bug blocking characters from saving progress
  
• Fixed incorrect name on Forged crafted plate
  
• Updated various mob drop tables to add new gear, and remove old game data
  
• Fixed bug which allowed you to hold two shields at once
  
• Added more Quarry Supply crates for 'Before they break everything' Quest
  
• Logout button function swapped to 'quit' while we work on Logout bugs.
  
• Fixed Merchant Trembles missing shop items
