[h2]Hello Officers! [/h2][p]Welcome back to another Airport Contraband devlog! Today, we’re taking you behind the scenes of one of the busiest (and sometimes weirdest) areas of our small island hub on Caldora — the Cargo Zone.

This is where the real detective work begins.
[/p][p][/p][p]Every day, crates, pallets, and suspiciously heavy boxes arrive at the cargo terminal, waiting to be inspected before continuing their journey. Your job? Make sure everything that passes through is exactly what it claims to be. Sounds simple… until it isn’t.
[/p][p][/p][p]Sometimes you’ll be dealing with perfectly normal shipments—electronics, supplies, or goods headed to other destinations. Other times, you’ll be unpacking the latest urgent request from Caldora’s beloved dictator. These can range from a rare shipment of his favorite coffee beans… to something a little more questionable, like twenty-five hundred kilos of rubber bath ducks. Don’t ask why. Just make sure they’re actually ducks.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Of course, not everyone shipping cargo has innocent intentions. Our favorite local island cartel is always eager to test your attention to detail. Hidden compartments, cleverly disguised crates, and items that definitely shouldn’t be there are all part of a normal shift in the cargo zone. To help you uncover the truth, you’ll have access to a set of reliable inspection tools — including scales, crowbars, hammers, and other equipment designed to let you take a closer look inside suspicious shipments. If something seems off, it probably is.[/p][p][/p][p]
But be careful. Sometimes the line between legal cargo and illegal contraband is razor thin. Make the wrong decision, and you might face disciplinary action… or something worse. Let’s just say Caldora’s authorities are not exactly known for their patience. There are no shortcuts in this job. Experience, intuition, and a keen eye will be your best tools. So roll up your sleeves, grab your crowbar, and get ready to open a few crates. Because at Caldora Airport, cargo always has a story to tell.
