v.1.0.3 - More bug fixes

Small update with a bunch of fixes as well as translation updates. Some of these fixes required a new game version, so if you're running a server, make sure you update that as well. We're also working on a larger update while doing these smaller fixes :)

Changelog:
Optimizes and improves memory allocation significantly on dedicated servers.
Added indicator of the center region when placing down a settlement flag.
Fixed teleporting sometimes not working correctly, especially when the teleport takes a moment to load.
Fixed being tier 2 essence recipes using their own essence to convert as well.
Fixed Turban being unobtainable and not showing properly in item filter lists.
Fixed screenshot tool from the map not working correctly.
Fixed basic crafted gateway tablets not showing correct tier when upgrading.
Fixed Eye of the Void summons not using the available summon slots correctly.
Fixed Ascended Bow attack speed not updating while firing.
Fixed stylist settlers menu sometimes not updating correctly with the settlers current style.
Fixed food generating in random chests in the world starting to go bad before being interacted with.
Fixed a bunch of wrong interactions with some weapons and deep frost set bonus.
Fixed desync issues with Sunlight Champion Gauntlets that sometimes happens.
Fixed settlers pathing outside settlement bounds to do a job inside getting teleported back to the settlement center.
Fixed possible crash when using Void Phasing Staff on dedicated servers.
Fixed Eye of the Void summons not teleporting when too far away.
Fixed using chat sometimes not clearing caret cursor.
Fixed Katana weapons not getting their second swing cooldown reduced by attack speed.
Updated community translations, thank you translators!

If you're running a dedicated server and use the -XX:+UseG1GC launch option, I would recommend also adding -XX:+ExplicitGCInvokesConcurrent. I've also added these options to the dedicated server tool launch scripts.

You can always access older versions by going the game's properties in Steam and under the "Betas" tab.

Thanks for all the feedback and bug reports!
Until next time!
