Necesse 1.0 new release date: October 16th

[p]Hey everyone.

For those of you who didn’t catch our stream tonight: We just announced that we’ve pushed the release of Necesse 1.0 by one week, changing the release date to October 16th.

Necesse 1.0 is a huge milestone for us and an amazing opportunity to share Necesse with the rest of the world.

That’s why we’ve decided to push the 1.0 release date a bit, to ensure the best launch possible. Here are some of the things we considered when picking the new date:
[/p]
  • [p] Suddenly, there were A LOT of new big games releasing on and around October 9th
    [/p]
  • [p] October 16th fits better for our internal partners, who are helping us promote Necesse
    [/p]
  • [p] We have an additional week to add more community presets! That’s like 20 presets!
    [/p]
[p]We talked a bit more in depth about the postponed release date on today's stream, for those interested:
[/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p]
We’re sorry about the delay and we hope you understand our decision. We have been working tirelessly on 1.0 for a long time now and we are super excited to show you all we’ve cooked up!

In the upcoming weeks we’ll start sharing a lot more teasers of new items, systems and a bunch of other random stuff! I even hear Cool Jonas & the Gang has something special planned for the final week leading up to the release of 1.0!

As always, thank you for all the support throughout the years. We’re in the final stretch now and trust me, it’s worth the wait

Preset Reviews Live Stream 2 with the developers of Necesse!

Hey everyone!

The time has come for the second preset reviews live stream with the devs of Necesse!

This Wednesday on September 10th at 8PM CEST, we’ll continue in the same manner as our previous stream and review all the awesome presets you’ve made!

As we’re getting closer to the 1.0 release and still have a lot of presets to go, we’ll be a bit more picky in the initial preset selection this time around. The plan for the stream is still to review at least 100ish presets though, so don’t worry, we got content for ya.

We’ll also be sharing some news at the end of the stream, so make sure you stick around!

You can catch the stream on youtube or twitch.
Youtube Twitch

If you’re thinking: “Oh no, I can’t watch it at that time, what am I going to do with my life!?” - We got you covered, the stream will be uploaded on the Necesse Youtube afterwards.

We'll also be sharing a list with the names of all the people who have had their preset submission accepted on our discord, a day or two after the live stream.

If you want to see all the presets that the community have submitted so far, then drop by the Necesse discord and check out the #preset-submissions channel 👍

See you Wednesday folks!

Preset Reviews Live Stream with the developers of Necesse!

Hey everyone!

It’s finally time for the first preset reviews live stream with the developers of Necesse!

This Thursday (August 7th) at 8PM CEST, we'll start reviewing all the wonderful presets you guys have submitted over the last month. We’ll be starting with the very first presets submitted back in early July and then move down the list from there.

There are a lot of presets to go through and we won’t have time to go through all the presets in a single stream, but I’m hoping we’ll review at least 100 presets!
With that said, some presets will also be excluded right off the bat, which are mainly duplicates or very low effort presets for the sake of saving time (sorry 😅)

You can catch the stream on youtube or twitch.
Youtube Twitch

And don’t worry, the stream will be uploaded on youtube afterwards, in case you can’t watch it live.

If you want to see all the presets that the community have submitted so far, then drop by the official Necesse discord and check out the #preset-submissions channel 👍

I think that’s all.. Oh yeah! Did I mention that we’re also showcasing the brand new (work in progress) infinite seamless world during the live stream?

See you Thursday 😉
