Fixes
- You can now heal your pet when criminal actions is turned off
- Fixed issue with being able to place portables on small ledges
- Warcombatant is disabled
- Fixed issue where players could call more than one guard on a target
- Fixed issue with pet broker not opening
- Fixed new chat commands working while dead
- Slightly decreased the number of portables you can place in a area.
