We have been very happy to get all your feedback and reviews about the Alpha version of Revita, the rogue-lite platformer. The players who were lucky enough to get a key have been amazing so far, and we are looking forward to hearing from you even more!

When we launched the alpha version, we promised that two major updates would be added to the game before the end of the alpha. Guess what? The first one is almost here! On December 18th, the first major update, “Ready for Arms”, will come to Revita’s alpha version!



This update includes several features adjustments that were made based on your feedback of the game; in addition to them, we also have big features that were planned all along, such as challenge rooms and a whole new variety of items - the celestial weapons. With those, you’ll get even more ways to mix up combat and improve your monster-slaughtering experience!



To accompany the update, we’re also going to give away 100 more alpha keys. If you haven’t subscribed to the alpha at the moment, you just have to join our Discord server to do so: discord.gg/revita
If you're already subscribed, you don’t have anything more to do: just wait until Friday to find out if you can count on your luck. A complete patch note will also be released with the update!

Just like we announced last week, Revita’s Alpha has officially begun!

Today, we distributed a first batch of 300 Alpha Keys; if you were one of the lucky applicants who received a key, congratulations! You can now download and play Revita through Steam! Currently, you can roam the hub area and play through the first zone of the clock tower, but there is more to come! Master the game and hone your skills, so you will be ready when new content comes your way.

If you didn’t receive a key, however, don’t worry! Over the course of this closed alpha, we will release more keys - big batches will go out every time a big update comes to Revita. That also means that it’s not too late to join our Discord server and try your chance to the next distributions! You can join our Discord server here: discord.gg/revita to submit your application to the Revita Kid bot.Go to the #alpha-applications channel. You simply need to send “!signup” in it to be registered as a participant by the bot. When the time comes, it will automatically pick people and we will send you the key.

When we first announced Revita, we talked about an upcoming limited alpha that would allow some lucky players to try the game first and lend us a hand as we develop the game. In anticipation for this moment, many of you already joined Revita’s discord server discord.gg/revita so you wouldn’t miss your chance to participate in the alpha.

Well, this moment is here!

On November 27th, Revita’s limited alpha will officially begin! It will hold the complete first world of the game, from the beginning to the climactic fight against the first boss.Additionally the game now also includes the hub area, which wasn’t present in the demo.
Over the course of the limited alpha, it will have two major updates. Thanks to your feedback, the alpha is going to evolve, which means that players will be able to see the influence of their feedback directly!

If you are ready to enter the floating Clocktower and start your quest for the lost memories of the Protagonist, take your chance! You can join our Discord server here: discord.gg/revita to submit your application to the Revita Kid bot. As soon as the upcoming #alpha-applications channel opens, you simply need to send “!signup” in it to be registered as a participant by the bot. Revita is a 2D roguelite developed by a one-man studio, BenStar, in Germany. In Revita, you play as a nameless child who suffers from amnesia and, guided by their intuition, struggle to climb a floating clock tower in order to regain their lost memory.

Fight off tireless hordes of monsters in this melancholic ambiance if you want to unveil the numerous secrets of this world!

The demo available during the Steam Festival is, in fact, the first level of Revita. From the awakening of the protagonist to the climactic battle with the fearsome first boss, everything is here for you to find out what Revita really is about! It is a sample of the future full game that already contains several upgrades and bonuses that you will have to master in order to reach the end of the clock tower.
