The Rainy Day Update

TODAY'S UPDATE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Improved in-shop lighting quality
  • Better world shadow rendering
  • Fixed B-Roller weed scaling bug
  • Fixed Jar Storage Shelf capacity
  • A few new weed storage options


Since the weather went to sh*t today, we've spent most of our time entering data for new missions and setting up new merch that should be dropping in a day or two.

Let's have a normal patch notes title for once... Like Patch Notes For 4.28

TODAY'S UPDATE INCLUDES ANOTHER SET OF MINOR BUGFIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS WHILE WE WORK ON SOMETHING BIGGER:

  • Fixed the stuck bong sound
  • Fixed the F-Packer packages falling through the workstation
  • Fixed the glitch where a picked-up object would get lost on save/reload
  • Fixed the High OS app window drag issue
  • Fixed the safe capacity not updating on reload
  • Increased the quantity input field size in the Dope Market app
  • Adjusted some SFX levels
  • Added a teleport option in case you get stuck (Mapped to the T key)
  • Reduced the Rolling & Packaging table prices
  • Added the ability to dispose of the trash bags and boxes outside your shop (they will get respawned every time you load into the game tho... issa feature notta bug ːws_damanː

The Optimized Update (Maybe)

Today we spent most of the time optimizing certain aspects of the game as well as fixing another batch of bugs.

HERE'S WHAT'S NEW TODAY:

  • Improved performance when growing large quantities of weed
  • Improved performance when placing multiple pots on setups with added components
  • Reduced lag when exiting the shop with the inventory open (let us know if the inventory still lags out on your end tho)
  • Fixed the PostFX not disabling if already high.
  • Fixed the F-Packer and B-Roller not being added to the inventory when removing the workstation.
  • Fixed a glitch where merch carried by customers would get caught on other objects.
  • Resized the Dope Market window to better fit narrow aspect ratios.
  • Changed customer AI to ignore empty displays and counters when merch shopping
  • Added an extra respect point reward when offering the customer a more expensive strain at the same price point
  • Added an option to remove all broken pots from setups (can be accessed via the Advanced Settings action)

The Re-Fix Update

So today was a weird day,... Apparently, most of the fixes in yesterday's patch either completely didn't work or broke something else and didn't work ːws_damanː so we had to spend some time to get things right.

TODAY'S UPDATE INCLUDES:

  • Improved storage jar placement and capacity glitch fix
  • Grinder & B-roller speed adjustments
  • B-roller & F-packer manager logic updates.
  • Rotation snapping based on shop orientation for all you OCD types ;)
  • Frozen PC login fix
  • Added blocked path checks to the PCs to prevent sticky situations ːws_smileyfaceː


IMPORTANT: Due to rewrites in the data manager, the B-Rollers & F-Packers will be gone from your shop. You can find them in your inventory and re-place them. Once placed, the items will get saved and everything will function as usual. Sorry about the inconvenience ːws_peaceː

Patch Notes For Sunday ;)

TODAY'S UPDATE INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING FIXES & TWEAKS:

  • Fixed the remaining grow time shown bug
  • Adjusted shop expansion level values
  • Mapped the Mouse Scrollwheel to move the character forward when clicked
  • Added item rotation snapping during placement
  • Weed jars can now be placed on PC stands and other furniture
  • Counters with merch capacity now also function as displays
  • Grinder speed now depends on the amount of weed used
