Fixed a bug where skills with Count were not activated properly.

Fixed a bug where players could cast Undying Sanctuary again with Once Only.
Fixed a bug where the healing from Scratch wasn't displayed as a percentage.
Fixed an infinite loop that occurred when players casts repeatedly cast a skill with Auto Focus.
Fixed a bug where Phoenix couldn't eat Bread in the field.
Fixed a bug where players could use Eternal Flame for the remaining stage after casting.
