Bug Fix #6

Hello everybody! The following bugs have been fixed in the new patch:

Lack of translation and confusion in translation into English
Shimmering textures
Non-disappearing brother model
Teleport in the first location, which took the player to the beginning

Release

Hello everybody!

The Bit Light team apologizes for the long silence. To tell the trurh, at some point we ran out of money for game's development and were forced to start developing a game to order to make a living. But it`s not the point.

Today we have some exciting news. LostBrothers is finally coming into full-fledged release, although we`re not completely satisfied with the game`s quality. From our previous experience we understand that we should make the game in a different way. However we also understand that for thatwe need to redo the whole project almost from the ground up. Therefore, with a heavy heart we made a decisionto fix what`s possible, improve the project without redoing it from the ground up.

So, here`s the list of key changes from the last update:

• Redesigned interface of adiary and a map
• Game`s optimisation
• Fixed the bug of hanging while autosaving
• The final part of the game was completely redesigned, the plot was finalized and the final location was changed
• The game has acquired a slightly gloomy shade as you can see in the screenshot)
• Gamepad support
• Minor edits for all scenes

At this point, I think our work on this project is coming to an end.Thank you all for being with us during all this time!

Bug Fix #5

Hello to all!

It was a really big update, which took us about 4 weeks.

This was originally planned with a sufficiently large and fixed number of problems. So let's get it in order.

We fixed the following things:

1) Character animations, now the transitions between states have become smooth
2) Removed characters gliding in place
3) Made changes to the plot so that the text matches the picture.
4) We expanded the cave, patched holes, corrected collisions.
5) Redesigned the Engineering Room in the cave.
5) Corrected the sounds, smoothed out the sound of steps, and removed the sound of breathing.
6) Replace the compass in the menu
7) Optimized the forest and the cave, in the forest it grew by about 1.5 times in the cave 2 times.

The release for today is scheduled for May 12, but we do not want to rush this time and release a raw product.
The same next update may take as long as 2-3 weeks.

Bug Fix #4 and Early Access

Hi,

Since we hurried with previous updates, and rather created more problems than solved them. This time we decided not to rush and released a larger update.

We also transferred the game to early access, this was done primarily so that new players had a correct understanding of the current state of the game. We also want to bring the game to its ideal state together with the community.



Patch list:

1) Fixed event triggering:

2) The forest scene has been expanded, and the intersection of dialogs has been removed. But this is not the final option, we want to expand the mine and add interactive moments.

3) Fixed collisions on trees in the forest in the final scene.

4) Character shader fixed

5) Sounds in the scene with the forest are fixed, now they are more diverse and "live"
