COSMOS 1.9.7 - Patch Notes

This update brings a whole lot of new content including new 8 new artifacts, 3 new co-pilots, 3 new skins and some small changes to the content you know and love.

GAMEPLAY CHANGES

- Added new co-pilots: Luna + Sunny
- Added Into animations for loading levels
- Added tiered soundtrack systems that change when you reach a new tier of bosses
- Added some homing abilities to bosses to increase the skill capability and overall enjoyment from the fight.
- Added 8 New artifacts
- Adjusted Cosmic Dragon health from 8000 >>> 15000
- Adjusted Artifacts "Sale Card" and "Metal Hook"

BUG FIXES

- BUGFIX: UI clipping Issues
- BUGFIX: Artfiacts spawning at random locations from a few selected bosses
- BUGFIX: Frilix randomly becoming invunerable and stopping all movement... Very frustrating
- BUGFIX: Artifact Moon Charm crashing the client
- BUGFIX: Atmosphere volume can only be changed in game
- BUGFIX: Co-Pilot Min now spawns with 25% dodge death chance instead of 1%

COSMOS 1.9.4 - Patch Notes

This update has some much needed QOL and BUGFIXES after plenty of play testing! Expect some new and interesting features added soon as we roll our the new Co-Pilot today and another new Co-Pilot tomorrow!

Gameplay Changes

- Added new co-pilot: Mei Zang
- Added co-pilot Descriptions for those people who like lore
- Added UI description for picking up an Artifact
- Added custom dialogs for Mei fighting the FRILIX boss and recieving damage
- Adjusted Asterix's missile projectile size by 35%
- Changed Bug Reporting method to email copy only instead of website direction input

Bug Fixes

- BUGFIX: Fixed Rayleth blessing giving you 0 Damage and ruining everyones day
- BUGFIX: Fixed Ancient sword attaching to your player and not letting go ;_;
- BUGFIX: Fixed Audio tearing issues (Again) with both gameplay songs
- BUGFIX: Fixed a serious bug where the game was not initiating loading sequences in the right order allowing the player to not gain regenerate ether
- BUGFIX: Nano-bots now correctly home onto the enemy sprite instead of the spawn point

COSMOS 1.9.3 - Patch Notes

This update brings some visual changes to the bosses with some vivid 32bit Pixel art animatons. We have also introduced some thematic sound effects for the bosses attacks and the palyers Hex missile ability.

Gameplay Changes

- Changes to Pixel Art on 6 Bosses
- Changes to Pixel Art on 13 Boss Projectiles and slight ajustments to damage and speed
- Adjustments to "Beam" projectile hitboxes
- [Requuested] Items that drop "Max Health" are not nessesarly needed when low on health, therefore taking up an upgrade slot. Max Health and Health now stack under a single "+3 Health" Upgrade
- "Dodge Death Chance" now viable as an upgrade to replace "Max Health"
- Adjusted spawnpoints of boss projectiles in refernce to a "Unintended" game mechanic that allowed for easy completion of any Cosmic Rift

Bug Fixes

- Cracking sound from the final boss music has been fixed
- BUGFIX: Audio controls shows a empty box, UI has been adjusted to suit the needs
- BUGFIX: Ancient sword now propperly spawns when picked up

COSMOS 1.9.2 - Patch Notes

This update is here to smooth your game play and customisation experience. Let yourself dive into the depths of the Cosmos. Expect some significant FPS improvements to all maps and some Interface changes regarding the 3 NEW skins available through leveling up each Co-Pilot to level 10.

Gameplay Changes

- Added 3 NEW Co-Pilot skins unlockable thorugh leveling up a co-pilot
- FPS Improvements to all planets/maps
- Changes to Co-Pilot unlockables
- Music added for the final boss fight
- Added Level 15 Co-Pilot final buffs (Which are Insane)
- Added Easter Egg console command

Bug Fixes

- GUNSHIP Artifact has been adjusted to follow the enemy sprite instead of the centred component.
- Bug Fix for the "Jacwab" Co-Pilot not being able to gain XP
- Bug Fix HUD incorrectly showing the wrong Co-Pilot

COSMOS 1.9.1 - Patch Notes

This updates packs a serious punch, Music and soundtrack options as well as some adjustments to your overall game play experience. You talked, We listened. Looking at stats while in game was slow, now significant much faster to view stats and open and close menus. One of the most requested changes was a game play and main menu track, This is now a reality thanks to the wonderful DEFCAT and his masterpieces.

Gameplay changes

- Added Main Menu music (Enter The Cosmos)
- Added Game play music (Blood Sweat and Ether)
- Added 2 Atmospheric tracks that play alongside the main soundtrack
- Added the ability to change Atmospheric volume
- Created the ability to skip making a new profile (Which wipes your old one)
- Added DEFCAT introduction animation.

Bug Fixes

- Fixed a bug when leveling up not giving the player a Cosmic Core
- Fixed a bug with Co-Pilots DEFCAT's overcharge duration reversed resulting in infinite Overcharging (This also scaled with attack speed modifiers)
- Fixed a bug where the game was boring
- Removed gravity from space (Your welcome)
