Cosmos Update 2.1.7 - DRAGONS BREATH

New Additions / Changes / Adjustments

- Added 15 new Artifacts in the Artifact 3 Cache
- Added Artifact cache text into all artifact tooltips to help identify which update the artifacts are added in
- Changed the Tactical Evasion Artifact; Dodging a projectile renders you ship invulnerable for 1 second
- FPS is now capped at 60 to prevent de-sinc issues with boss movement abilities and boss projectile velocity
- Changed movement for the player ship to better match the game asthetic
- Adjusted Tracer Qiao's Tracer Missile ability to extend twice as far
- Changed Music to play randomly in playlist format instead of triggering per stage.
- Added an animation when hovering Artifacts in your inventory
- Updated the Skins menu to feature AURA particles when hovering skins
- Added new loading screen and loading animation
- Dean can now primary fire weapons, But starts every rift 10 MaxHP
- Sunny Upgrade 5 changed from "Start With 50% Crit Chance" to "Start With 25% Crit Chance"
- Sunny Upgrade 25 changed to "Starts with RAY OF LIGHT Artifact and 2 Random Artifacts"
- Cosmic Dragon Boss now has 3 Stages, Increasing Health and Attack Speed ever stage that is triggered.
Bug Fixes

- Fixed a bug with a boss projectile using FPS based movement causing some unfair speed increases
- Fixed an Issue with Qiao's Missile ability failing to trigger Rocket Pod artifacts
- Fixed an Issue with Qiao's Tracer Missile ability failing to trigger the Dark Matter artifact movement speed buff.
- Fixed an Issue with Qiao's Tracer Missile ability causing it to prevent ether regeneration if you kept pressing it while having no ether.
- Fixed an Issue with the void event triggering the shrinking border on every rift
- Fixed an Issue with player Projectiles triggering hits while they are awaiting death
- Fixed Visual bugs with Star Items and Normal Items displaying incorrect upgrades in their hover HUD popups

Cosmos Update 2.1.6 - THE VOID

Changes + Adjustments

- Added 2 new difficaulties
- Updated Cosmic Critter sprites and added different sprites for when they are carrying items/artifacts.
- Helios Ascension has been changed from 150% Fire rate bonus to 50% increased Fire rate Bonus
- Increased Helios shield throw abilities velocity by 100%
- Decreased the bonus fire rate you get from upgrades from 20% >> 10%
- Increased the Health of Tier 3 + 4 Bosses by 50%
- Increased the Cosmic Dragon (T5) health from 15000 >> 25000
- Slight adjustments to the Ascension menus
- Slight adjustments to the Intro animation / Loading sequence
- Fixed a collision issue with the AutoCannon artifact projectile
- AutoCannon artifact projectile now calculates the double damage bonus after previous increase to damage additions.
- All skins are on 50% Sale!

BUG FIXES

- Fixed UI Errors and updated some visuals
- Fixed Issues with audio control in the options menu not allowing players to set audio levels to 0
- Fixed an Issue with "beam" projectiles using 10x their max speed value causing unfair projectile max speeds
- Fixed a bug with Moon Charm and Peircing Projectile Artifacts cuasing them to never decay and infinatly lag the game.
- Fixed a UI error when selecting Co-Pilot Pon in the ascension menu
- Fixed a progression issues with the Tutorial not showing the text in the correct order

Cosmos - Bugfixes and Optimisation

- Fixed a bug with ship skins failing to load when entering a rift
- Fixed a bug with the players ship failing to move when attempting to start a level from the main menu (Visuals only)
- Fixed a bug with player ship movement inheriting too much from FPS causing extreme speeds on computers with better graphics cards, This has been fixed in the most recent update
- Adjusted some optimisation techniques to improve loading/unloading

Cosmos Patch 2.1.3 Hotfix for Items/Artifacts

[h3]GAMEPLAY CHANGES[/h3]
- Artifacts instead of giving an random upgrade, give the player a Upgrade Point you can use to Pick between 3 Random upgrades.
- Added 18 New Artifacts
- Added "H4 Missile Array" Projectile Augment Artifact
- Added "Autocannon" Projectile Augment Artifact"
- Adjusted STAR item pickups to contain Movement speed buffs
- Adjusted Item pickups to increase Ability damage instead of Hex Missile damage + Hex missile cost
- Added Tool-tips for Weapon Augments so players know which weapon effects their projectiles
- Adjusted M3CH and Entropy Beam projectile speeds, as they were way too fast.

- Fixed a bug with Intergalactic Merchant leaving behind the debug cost text of the artifact if it has been purchaced.
- Fixed a Bug with Abyssal cores blocking progression if the player attempts to open a core with no available cores.
- Fixed a Bug with Loadout skins relating to Blackhawk and Cyberspace
- Fixed a bug with Health Orbs not regenerating Health
- Fixed a visual bug with Health pickups showing +3HP instead of +30HP
- Fixed a scaling issue with the Catylist Cosmic Echos, Beam attack being twice as large as it suppose to be
- Fixed a bug with "Star" items incorrectly showing the health stat as 30 instead of 10

Cosmos Patch 2.1.1

GAMEPLAY CHANGES
- Updated all Boss Particales with emissive effects to make it easier to read boss attacks
- Added an extra attack to M3CH
- Added modifier UI interfaces for viewing planets inside the "new run" menu
- Added Constellation into the core game code, This means this will stay in the game indefinitely.
BUG FIXES
- Fixed a bug with the Shadow diamond infuser causing infinite Artifacts because the wrong value was being set.
- Fixed issues with buying event skins causing you to buy the wrong skin.
- Fixed Issues with the Merchant leaving their shop prices behind
- Fixed an Exploit with the Merchant allowing players to get items when dodging. players will always take damage now.
- Fixed an Issue with the critters where standing inside the portal as it closes causes and infinite loop if it opening and constant screen shakes.
HOTFIX: Trophy screen was causing issues closing, blocking progression!
- Fixed and Issue with Death Dodge Chance when Challenges have been completed.
- Fixed a bug with Cosmic Cores that allowed opening to fail if you pressed space while activating the back command
