Farmtale v. 2.0.0 - Bug Fixes & Improvements

Thanks to everyone in this community for reporting bugs and suggesting a lot of good improvements. You've been very helpful! We have fixed most of the reported bugs and added quality of life improvements to make the gameplay more enjoyable.

- You can't build on the waterfall rocks anymore.

- You can't build in the ocean anymore.

- The Cosmetic Ship now appears less frequently.

- Removed vine 2D art from the inventory decoration that was blocking the categories.

- Scrap Material value clamped to not get negative value which would bug the game.

- Scrap collectors set to max 12.

- Scrap collector gain amount reduced to about 45%.

- Santa doesn't get stuck on crops anymore.

- Rain would only water crops the first time it rained. Now it works properly. The crops will always get watered when raining.

- You could place Speed & Experience boosts on the map like normal items which was not intended.

- Farmers are now less annoying when you are moving the farm and trying to place it.

- Some of the tree stumps could not be shoveled until you relogged.

- Farmers can now be assigned to work on a specific animal farm instead of closest. This is done by using the Right Mouse Button on the farmer.

- Sometimes scrap collectors could bug and get invisible.

- 2 of the quests were not working.

- 2 of the quests were not saving.

- The items & buildings you place now check if they can be placed before placing them so you don't get a random error.

- When you sell a house or farmer hut, the farmer/villager will now despawn with it.

- Silos increasing drop speed is working again.

- All Steam achievements and counters have been fixed and loads properly.

- Collision on crops increased so it's easier to plant crops. It's less precise.

- Fish doesn't drop things underwater.

- Wood chopping at the beach won't drop the wood under the sand.

- Visual bug with plants showing 4 levels (through icons) is now reduced to 3 levels as intended.

- Great optimization for inventory updates (fixes inventory cards flashing).

- Inventory items were frustrating to drag out. Drag out would be cancelled randomly sometimes.

- Farmers now prioritizes to loot the animal products if there are more than 10 of them on the ground. This will avoid too many items on the ground, lag and crashes.

- The hitbox for feeding animals is slightly increased so feeding animals is less frustrating.

- You can now drop the food on an animal and choose how much you want to feed it. Previously you had to drag the food one by one onto the animal.

- You can now pick up everything and sell it from the inventory by using Right Mouse Button. Shops and farms can't be picked up.

- Fixes inventory to not be click-through and accidentally opening buildings like the barn.

- The Speed & Experience boost timers would show "1 minute" again when it exceeded 60 minutes.

- The used Speed & Experience boosts would disappear and be lost when logging out. They now save properly.

- The Scrap Material amount would display 0 when relogging and correct itself when you gain Scrap Material. Now it shows the correct amount on relogging.

- The camera could get stuck when moving it behind the waterfall rocks.

- The Cosmetic shop would display wrong items that are not present in the shop.

- Assigning farmers to different farms will now save when you quit and rejoin the game.

- You can now have 4 farmers per farmer hut if you upgrade their limit. This will make it so you don't have to build 8+ huts. 2 huts will be sufficient with full upgrades.

- You can now have 4 villagers per house if you upgrade their limit. This way you don't have to build many houses which takes a lot of space.

- You can't use the shovel tool anymore at the loot box area.

- Fixed an exploit where you could sell an item and still place it in your farm.

- The game will give you the Experience gained when your game is minimized and prevent memory crashes.

- Added an experience display on the animal feeding XP bar.
